Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on July 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Thomas J. Gilbert, 36, Rumford, violation of conditions of release, 10 p.m. May 22 on Maine Avenue. Bail was not allowed, so, he was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris. Gilbert also was arrested at 11 p.m., May 15, on charges he violated conditions of release and operating without a license on Maine Avenue.

• A 16-year-old Rumford boy, violation of conditions of release, 4:40 p.m. May 22 on High Street. He was released to his mother. Juvenile court action is pending. He was previously arrested on the same charge on May 18. Both arrests stemmed from an arrest on May 16, on High Street, where he was charged with attempted theft of vehicle license plates, 12:15 p.m. He was released to his mother, and is to be arraigned at 1 p.m. on June 12 in juvenile court at Rumford District Court.

• Shawn Comeau, 24, Berlin, N.H., domestic assault, 2:15 p.m. May 22 on Congress Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Sarah Mayberry, 23, Andover, operating after suspension and operating with a suspended registration, 10:45 a.m. May 22 on Andover Road in Rumford Center during a safety belt enforcement detail. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• John R. Wesley, 21, Dixfield, operating after suspension, 7:20 a.m. May 18 on River Street. He was released on $200 unsecured bail. Wesley was also charged by the Maine Warden Service with discharging a firearm too close to a residence.

• Michael L. Gray, 20, Rumford, furnishing morphine pills in a drug-free zone, and stealing morphine, May, 16, at Hosmer Field Complex. He failed to post $3,000 cash bail and was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Alan J. Roy, 25, Lewiston, violation of conditions of release and an Androscoggin County warrant charging failure to appear on charge of criminal mischief, 6:55 p.m. May 15 on Falmouth Street. He failed to post $300 cash bail and was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Christina Eaton, 30, Rumford, Rumford District Court warrant charging failure to appear, 8:08 a.m. May 14 on Route 232. She was released on $250 cash bail.
