Samantha J. Goudreau, a member of the senior class at the Lake Forest Academy, Lake Forrest, Ill., has been selected for induction into Cum Laude. The Cum Laude Society is the secondary school equivalent of Phi Beta Kappa, and membership in the Lake Forest Academy Chapter of the Cum Laude Society is one of the highest academic honors awarded by the academy.

Goudreau will be recognized at the Cum Laude induction ceremony at a special luncheon on May 25, at which time she will be formally inducted into the society.

She is the daughter of Steven A. Goudreau of Fox Lake, Ill., formerly of Lewiston, and Wendy E. Christian of Gardiner, and the granddaughter of Gloria and Gerard Lamiette of Auburn.
