MEXICO – This month’s River Valley Mud Run is to be held on Sunday, May 28, behind Coulthard’s Pools and Spas on Route 2 in Mexico, rather than Rumford.
Sponsored by Tim Tyler & T.T. Tree Experts, the Maine Mud Bog Association-sanctioned event is to open at 9 a.m., with registration and tech sessions to follow prior to the 11 a.m. racing start.
Test runs are scheduled for Saturday, May 27. Competitions are to feature eight classes, with trophies and cash paybacks awarded.
Admission is $8, though children under 12 get in free. There is on-site parking and concessions. For more information, call 369-0376 or 395-2431.
