LEWISTON- The following cases were handled recently in 8th District Court:

Sirena Goddard, 37, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 2, found guilty, fined $600 and sentenced to three days.

Michael Goulet, 20, Sabattus, transportation of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana on Jan. 28, offense committed on both charges, license suspended 30 days on first charge; fined $350 on second charge.

Richard L. Goulet, 34, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Feb. 15, found guilty, fined $75.

Danny R. Grant, 31, Auburn, theft by unauthorized use of property on Jan. 24, found guilty, fined $75 and ordered to pay $650 restitution.

Jerry J. Grass, 61, Lewiston, assault March 28 and terrorizing on April 7, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and nine months probation for each charge.

Stephanie A. Gravel, 18, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 10, found guilty, fined $300.

Kathy A. Green, 42, Sabattus, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 19, fined $300 by default.

Russell E. Greenlaw, 45, Windham, criminal trespass, assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Feb. 5, found guilty on first and second charge, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge; third charge dismissed.

Nathaniel K. Greenleaf, 19, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 6, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Jason Scott Grizzard, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on April 2, found guilty, fined $75.

Tammy L. Grover, 35, Oxford, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 31, found guilty, fined $100.

Ramiro G. Guzman, 33, Nashville, Tenn., operating after license suspended on Dec. 4, found guilty, fined $250.

Nancy L. Hackett, 39, Livermore Falls, assault on Jan. 30, sent to jury trial.

Alex Hager, 20, Warwick, R.I., possession of liquor by a minor on Jan. 21, fined $200 by default.

Niccole May Hall, 23, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Jan. 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Wendall Hall, 67, Bryant Pond, failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 31, found guilty, fined $100.

Amy Lynn Hamel, 23, Mechanic Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 19, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $10.40 restitution.

Charles Hand, 53, North Berwick, operating after registration suspended on March 3, dismissed.

Gary Harmon, 23, Auburn, assault and obstructing report of injury on April 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 and sentenced to 120 days with all but five days suspended and two years probation on first charge; sentenced to five days on second charge.

Thomas Harrington, 39, Limerick, obstructing government administration on March 7, dismissed.

Sean Harris, 21, Lewiston, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 27, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Scott A. Hart, 24, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on April 11, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Michael J. Hartley, 24, Lewiston, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on March 11, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Linda Hemingway, 47, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 28, found guilty, fined $300.

Carl J. Henson, 19, Lewiston, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug and unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 21, found guilty on first charge; fined $600; second charge dismissed.

Jose G. Hernandez, 47, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on March 4, dismissed.

Jeremy L. Hersom, 22, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 25, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to 48 hours.

Albert F. Hewins III, 21, Leeds, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 23, found guilty, fined $200.

Michael R. Holden, 24, North Bridgton, operating under the influence and disorderly conduct on Feb. 23, found guilty on first charge; fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Steven Hunt, 44, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on March 6, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Charles L. Hunter, 47, Lisbon, operating after registration suspended on Feb. 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Maurice Huntington, 49, Litchfield, operating under the influence on Feb. 16, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Teresa M. Huntington, 43, Litchfield, disorderly conduct on Feb. 16, found guilty, fined $75.
