LEWISTON – Great Falls TV’s public affairs show, “Chip and The Chamber,” looks at the Harward Center at Bates College on its June show.

The center offers programs in service-learning, community volunteerism and environmental stewardship. The purpose is to form community partners that integrate civic engagement with a Bates College educational experience. Students are offered work-study and volunteer positions for real life experiences that connect their academic learning with community service.

The Chamber-sponsored show is hosted by Chip Morrison, president of the Androscoggin County Chamber, and Toni Seger who produces the show with station manager Phil Larlee.

Morrison’s guest for June is Anna Bartel, associate director of the Harward Center.

The show is taped at Great Falls TV and broadcast by GFTV, NPC-TV, TV Greene as well as stations in Bethel and Rumford. Check local listings for dates and times.
