Mitchell R. Alden, 36, Limington, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 19, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Nathan P. Arsenault, 23, Turner, probation violation on a July 10 assault charge, found guilty, sentenced to 118 days and probation revoked.

Nicholas J. Ashton, 27, Bryant Pond, operating under the influence on March 26, sent to jury trial.

Douglas Augustus, 53, Lebanon, violating a fishing rule on May 20, sent to jury trial.

Christian T. Barboni, 26, Rumford, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 23, fined $400 on first charge by default; fined $350 on second charge by default.

Victor A. Bouthot, 18, Mexico, possession of marijuana on April 16, offense committed, fined $350.

Scott Bowie, 30, Oxford, operating after registration suspended and violating condition of release on Sept. 27, both charges dismissed.

Joshua Michael Brann, 19, Phillips, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 6, both charges sent to jury trial.

Daniel R. Brown, 22, Peru, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on March 12, found guilty, fined $500 with $250 suspended.

Wilfred Buck, 52, Rumford, violating a protective order and violating condition of release on April 20, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours.

Jamie L. Buono, 30, Rumford, possession of marijuana and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Dec. 19, offense committed on first charge, fined $350; second charge dismissed.

Jarrett O. Buono, 44, Rumford, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Aug. 18, 2005, dismissed.

Jarrett O. Buono, 29, Rumford, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 22, both charges dismissed.

Chad W. Burlingame, 24, Bethel, possessing a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle on Nov. 9, 2000, waived, fined $100.

Gene M. Casey, 29, Mexico, driving to endanger on Jan. 1, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 30 days.

Eileen Cohen, 24, Astoria, N.Y., permitting unlawful use on April 22, waived, fined $150.

James W. Colburn, 61, Harrison, number, amount or size fishing violation on April 27, waived, fined $120.

Adam L. Conley, 33, Carthage, trafficking or furnishing imitation scheduled drug on Feb. 7, 2005, filed.

Nicholas Corson, 20, Rockport, criminal speed and transportation of liquor by a minor on Jan. 3, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; offense committed on second charge, fined $200 and license suspended 30 days.

Marcel Croteau, 61, Keene, N.H., fishing rule violation on May 17, waived, fined $100.

Thomas K. Currivan Jr., 55, Rumford, driving to endanger on July 25, 2005 and operating under the influence on July 27, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to 60 days with all suspended and license suspended 30 days.

Daniel H. Cyr, 20, Rumford, carrying a concealed weapon and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on April 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Michelle J. Day, 35, Rumford, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and possession of marijuana on April 3, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $400.

Richard G. Degen, 37, Rumford, disorderly conduct on April 26, found guilty, fined $150.

Richard F. DiPlacido, 38, Bethel, operating after registration suspended on March 24, sent to jury trial.

Joshua J. Fortin, 26, Leeds, stalking on July 7, filed with no cost.

Robin J. Frost, 27, Mexico, violating condition of release on Dec. 22, found guilty, sentenced to five days.
