AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Karen McCaul, 42, Norway, criminal mischief and driving to endanger on April 22, 2005, found guilty on both charges, fined $50 and ordered to pay $500 restitution on first charge; fined $150 and license suspended 30 days on second charge; also charged with disorderly conduct, operating under the influence, with one prior, and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 22, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Troy Melanson, 21, Turner, attaching false plates on Sept. 2, 2005, found guilty, fined $200.

Sheila L. Mercier, 39, Norway, assault on June 23, 2005, filed with no cost.

Wayne A. Merrill Jr., 23, Lisbon, probation violation on the March 29, 2005, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Jeremy Wayne Miller, 34, probation violation on the May 7, 2005, assault and terrorizing charges, sentenced to 180 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Stephen F. Miller, 44, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 30, 2005, dismissed.

Erica Milliken, 31, Bowdoin, operating under the influence, with one prior, on July 27, 2005, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 72 hours at the county jail and license suspended 18 months.

Jamie Mockler, 37, Bowdoin, operating under the influence on May 28, 2005, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 12 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended 18 months; also charged with operating under the influence on July 5, 2005, filed with no cost; and operating under the influence and violating condition of release on Aug. 8, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 12 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Crystal Mosher, 19, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 10, 2005, found guilty, fined $150.

Ryan Muncey, 26, Lewiston, assault on June 19, 2005, dismissed.

Matthew J. Nadeau, 19, Auburn, failure to register a vehicle on July 5, 2005, filed, fined $100.

Christopher James Noel, 21, Auburn, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Dec. 3, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced to 155 days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days on first charge; sentenced to 30 days and license suspended 30 days on second charge; also charged with theft by unauthorized use of property, operating while license suspended or revoked, and failure to stop, remain, render aid, and personal injury on Dec. 3, all charges dismissed.

Nancy A. Paladino, 43, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 3, 2005, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher Pare, 22, Lewiston, refusing to submit to arrest or detention on April 21, 2005, dismissed.

Aaron J. Patton, 33, Livermore Falls, unlawful sexual touching and assault on July 6, 2005, both charges dismissed.

Roland Pelletier, 50, Lewiston, eluding an officer, and operating under the influence, with two priors, on Nov. 28, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to four years at the county jail with all but 40 days suspended and two years probation on first charge; fined $1,400, sentenced to 40 days at the county jail, license suspended four years and registration suspended on second charge.

Scott D. Phillips, 26, Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked, attaching false plates, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on July 25, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250; third charge filed, fined $100.

Robert Elwood Pietsch, 48, Winsor, S.C., operating under the influence on June 5, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Roger D. Plourde, 24, Auburn, assault on July 4, 2005, dismissed.

Joanne D. Polvinen, 54, Auburn, assault, violating condition of release, and terrorizing on June 23, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Michael Potvin, 31, Lewiston, probation violation on a May 10, 1999, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to 15 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Christopher W. Powell, 21, Greene, assault and violating condition of release on Sept. 11, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 180 days at the county jail and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Wayne L. Powell, 28, Lewiston, probation violation on a July 28, 2003, assault charge, sentenced to eight months at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Sherri Prout, 25, Lewiston, probation violations on the July 31, 2003, forgery charge and Jan. 23, 2004, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to four months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

John Charles Purcell IV, 26, Minot, forgery on March 11, 2005, March 15, 2005, March 17, 2005, March 28, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 90 days suspended, one year probation and ordered to pay $750 restitution for each charge; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 11, 2005, dismissed.

Benjamin A. Quinn, 20, Greene, trafficking in prison contraband on April 28, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail.

Carol W. Richards, 53, Rumford, operating under the influence on Aug. 11, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Jason T. Riethmann, 19, Auburn, two counts of assault on Aug. 25, both charges filed with no cost.

David Eric Robbins, 40, Lewiston, violating a protective order and assault on July 20, 2005, both charges dismissed.

Daryl Scott Roberts, 23, Lewiston, stealing drugs and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 25, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but 90 days suspended and two years probation on first charge; sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on second charge; also charged with burglary and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on March 25, both charges dismissed.

Danny W. Rock, 21, Lewiston, violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked, and attaching false plates on July 18, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $300 on second charge; fined $200 on third charge.

Roberto Rodriguez, 21, Boston, Mass., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs on March 7, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison on second charge.

Santos Naum Romero, 22, Poland, violating a protective order on June 30, 2005, filed with no cost.

Andrew Roland Roy, 30, Lewiston, criminal threatening on April 17, dismissed.

Louis J. Rubino Jr., 24, Poland, probation violation on a Jan. 14, 2004, eluding an officer charge, sentenced to 13 months at the state prison and probation revoked; also charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Jan. 25, 2006, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 10 years at the state prison with all but four years suspended and four years probation on first charge; sentenced to four years at the state prison on second charge; and endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, and reckless conduct on Jan. 25, 2006, all charges dismissed.

Fredrick Russell, 53, Lewiston, assault on April 29, 2005, dismissed.

Ahmed Hussein Samater, 46, Lewiston, violating condition of release and assault on Aug. 12, 2005, both charges dismissed.

Michael Sawyer, 53, Auburn, two counts of assault on Aug. 8, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed.

Rebecca J. Sawyer, 39, Jay, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on July 14, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Katherine Scott, 41, Auburn, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on July 30, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Zachary Seelow, 21, Jay, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on June 25, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200 and license suspended 30 days.

Abdirahaman Ali Shirdon, 23, Lewiston, robbery on Feb. 28, dismissed.

Abdirahaman Ali Shirdon, 23, Boston, Mass., criminal threatening on March 1, and disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon on March 24, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 10 days at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Roger W. Siegel, 58, Lewiston, criminal threatening and obstructing the report of a crime on Aug. 28, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six days at the county jail for each crime.

Dennis Smith, 59, Lewiston, indecent conduct and two counts of visual sexual aggression against a child on July 14, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to seven days at the county jail; second and third charges dismissed; also charged with disorderly conduct on July 15, dismissed.

Timothy J. Smith, 22, Lewiston, two counts of assault on July 19, 2005, both charges dismissed.

Harold Stanley Soper Jr., 48, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 6, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to three years and six months at the county jail with all but six months suspended, two years probation and ordered to pay $5,000 restitution; also charged with violating condition of release on Feb. 6, 2005 and home repair fraud on Feb. 2, 2004, May 6, 2004, Dec. 10, 2004, Dec. 16, 2004, and Feb. 6, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail for each charge.

Sandel R. Soto, 29, Wilton, operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and driving to endanger on Aug. 5, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $300 on second charge; fined $300 and license suspended 30 days on third charge.

Roseanne J. St. George, 37, Lewiston, reckless conduct, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and assault on March 19, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all suspended, two years probation, and ordered to pay $150 restitution on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail for each on second and third charges.

Casey Jones Stanley, 24, Lewiston, aggravated assault, burglary, robbery, and criminal trespass on Nov. 4, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail.

Shawn W. Stevens, 47, Bridgton, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and driving to endanger on Sept. 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed.

Tammy A. Stevens, 38, Litchfield, disorderly conduct on July 14, 2005, found guilty, fined $200.

Shelly Stone, 41, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on July 28, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Mansfield Stuckey Jr., 53, Lewiston, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, trafficking in prison contraband, and illegal importation of scheduled drugs on Aug. 13, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 25 months at the state prison.

Joseph A. Thompson, 21, Mexico, burglary and two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle on July 4, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 30 months at the state prison for each charge; also charged with criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and four counts of burglary of a motor vehicle on July 4, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail for each charge.

Kenneth W. Tourtelotte, 31, Jay, probation violation on a June 1, 2001 operating a motor vehicle after revocation charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Timothy E. Turcotte, 53, Livermore, assault on June 10, 2005, filed, fined $300.

Michael R. Vallee, 44, Auburn, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on July 3, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500 and license suspended 30 days.

Scott Vigue, 41, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked and driving to endanger on July 23, 2005, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $400 and license suspended 30 days on second charge.

Jay Mark Webster, 27, Lewiston, robbery, violating condition of release, and assault on Feb. 25, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $300 and sentenced to 58 days at the county jail.

Melissa Whitney, 42, Lewiston, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property, and misuse of identification on July 27, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to five days at the county jail for each charge; also charged with unsworn falsification on Dec. 22, dismissed.

Schuyler M. Whitney, 32, Industry, violating a protective order on July 1, 2005, found guilty, fined $300.

Melissa C. Woodman, 21, Freeport, theft by deception on June 15, 2005, found guilty, fined $200.
