FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court.

Bailey Scott, 24, Jay, failing to make an oral or written accident report on Jan. 31, fined $1,000.

Steven Boyd Jr., 18, Strong, use of artificial light to illuminate wild animals on March 15, fined $1,000.

Jeremy Bryant, 27, Madison, operating an ATV on private road, fined $100.

Mark Buck, 27, Jay, assault, probation violation, no sentence imposed.

Eugene Burnell, 24, Temple, assault on March 7, sentenced to 45 days in Franklin County Jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; charged with escape and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, sentenced to 45 days in Franklin County Jail on each charge.

Philip Caldwell Jr., 22, Chesterville, criminal mischief on April 7, sent to jury trial.

Jason Childes, 22, Winthrop, operating under the influence, March 9, sent to jury trial.

Adam Conley, 33, Carthage, allowing dog to be at large, fined $100.

Andrea Cote, 25, Sanford, negotiating a worthless instrument and violating condition of release on Dec. 6, 2005, sent to jury trial.

Melodie Dalot, 47, Jay, operating under the influence on April 8, sent to jury trial.

Jason Dessaint, 30, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, fined $200.

Shane Dexter, 19, Wilton, assault on Sept. 26, 2005, sentenced to 60 days in Franklin County Jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; and violating condition of release on Sept. 26, sentenced to 90 days in county jail, sentence stayed.

Evan Gordon, 22, Industry, refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Nov. 25, 2005, fined $200.

Jeffrey Gray, 57, Yarmouth, operate/permit operation of unregistered motorboat on April 29, fined $100.

David Greenleaf, 39, Avon, assault on March 24, sent to jury trial.

John Grivois, 42, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 26, fined $250.

Robert Hallman Jr., 37, Norridgewock, assault and criminal mischief on March 27, sent to jury trial.

James Hamner, 34, East Dixfield, assault on May 9, sent to jury trial.

Jerry Hansen, 26, Phillips, criminal mischief on April 25, 2004, probation violation, sentenced to 45 days in Franklin County Jail, sentence stayed, probation partially revoked; assault on Jan. 1, fined $300, sentenced to 370 days in county jail, all but 30 days suspended, sentence stayed, probation one year, restitution $3,250; criminal restraint on Jan. 1, sentenced to 270 days in jail, all but 30 suspended, stayed.

John Kenney Jr., 30, Temple, operating an unregistered ATV on May 27, fined $100.

Jason Masterson, 31, Kingfield, violating condition of release on Feb. 7, guilty, no sentence.

Guy Messenger, 79, Industry, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on March 5, sent to jury trial.

Souksakhone Pholsina, 32, Jay, violating condition of release on Feb. 7, sentenced to six months in county jail with all suspended, probation one year; assault on Feb. 7, fined $300, sentenced to six months in county jail with all suspended, probation one year.

Roger Pineau, 52, Dixfield, operating under the influence on March 22, sent to jury trial.

Bryce Pinkham, 72, North Anson, violating fishing rule on April 30, fined $100.

Warren Pinkham, 37, Skowhegan, possessing fish in violation on April 30, fined $120; violating fishing rule, fined $100.

Triston Ridlon, 21, Chesterville, assault on Nov. 22, 2005, probation violation, sentence to three days in county jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

John Rivers, 59, Chesterville, allowing dog to be at large on March 5, dismissed.

Kurt Rolbiecki, 39, Stratton, reckless conduct on Jan. 27, fined $750.

Kenneth Stanley, 82, New Sharon, operating while license suspended or revoked for OUI on March 9, fined $600, sentenced to seven days in county jail, stayed, license suspended, one year registration suspended.

Brian Sweeney, 55, Wilton, criminal mischief on May 15, sent to jury trial; violating protective order and violating condition of release on May 29, sent to jury trial.

Gerald Thompson Jr., 51, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 9, prior conviction, and violating condition of release, sent to jury trial.

Rusty Tyler, 24, Strong, operating under the influence on Feb. 4, fined $500, sentenced to two days in county jail, stayed, license suspended for 90 days; operating under the influence on April 13, fined $500, sentenced to two days in county jail, stayed, license suspended; operating while license suspended or revoked for OUI, fined $600, sentenced to seven days in county jail, stayed, license suspended one year.

Christopher Walker, 27, Farmington, assault on Dec. 22, 2004, probation revoked, obstructing report of crime, license revoked.

Stephen Wells, 21, West Farmington, driving to endanger on March 2, fined $575.

Michael Willett, 31, Wilton, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 6, fined $250.

Martin Wilson, 33, Carrabassett Valley, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 3, 2005, fined $500.
