Jerry L. Sparks, 36, Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence on March 5 and violating condition of release on March 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Marci Stein, 35, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on Feb. 21, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

David Stetson, 53, Casco, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 15, dismissed.

Mark J. Stetson, 41, Mechanic Falls, probation violation on a Feb. 22, 2004 assault charge, sentenced to 100 days and probation partially revoked; also charged with assault and obstructing the report of a crime on April 5 and refusing to sign a criminal summons on April 9, all charges sent to jury trial.

Isaac Stevens, 30, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on March 9, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Chad E. Taylor, 27, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; offense committed on second charge, fined $350; third charge dismissed.
