LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Stephen J. Taylor, 49, Auburn, disorderly conduct on March 30, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Ligia L. Teixeira, 23, Lewiston, criminal trespass on March 4, sent to jury trial.

Ashley E. Tempesta, 18, Waterford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 21, offense committed, fined $300.

Christopher E. Tessier, 37, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and theft by receiving stolen property on April 14, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Kerri Therrien, 39, Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence and disorderly conduct on Feb. 25, both charges sent to jury trial.

Joshua A. Thibeault, 19, Leeds, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 8, found guilty, fined $250.

Jonathan N. Thibodeau, 22, Lewiston, criminal trespass on March 26, found guilty, fined $75.

Lena A. Thibodeau, 31, Litchfield, violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked, and unlawful use of a license on March 4, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 24 hours on first charge; fined $250 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Corey D. Thomspon, 24, Lisbon Falls, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on March 30, offense committed on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $350 on second charge.

Gerald O. Thompson Jr., 61, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on March 17, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge.

Trezjuan M. Thompson, 22, Lisbon, operating a vehicle without a license on March 17, found guilty, fined $150.

Trezjuan M. Thompson, 22, Auburn, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating condition of release on May 25, found guilty on both charges, fined $400 on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours on second charge.

Matthew Timberlake, 18, Lewiston, failing to stop, remain, render aid, on April 2, found guilty, fined $150.

Thomas F. Tippie, 56, Auburn, operating under the influence on April 19, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

John Todd Jr., 19, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on March 23, offense committed, fined $200.

Ross T. Trepanier, 23, Lewiston, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on April 11, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jamie Tripp, 29, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 25, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $400 on second charge; also charged with violating condition of release on May 20, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Charles J. Turcotte, 43, Naples, terrorizing and harassment by telephone on Jan. 29, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Vincent W. Turner, 35, Auburn, violating a protective order on April 21, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Kellie L. Vallee, 26, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on March 28, offense committed, fined $350.

Amanda R. Vincent, 28, Sabattus, engaging in prostitution and violating condition of release on March 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; second charge dismissed.

Amanda R. Vincent, 28, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on May 1, found guilty, fined $400.

Ashley A. Vining, 19, Lewiston, fishing without a valid license on April 9, found guilty, fined $100.

Peter J. Waite, 49, Lisbon, operating after registration suspended on March 31, 2005, found guilty, fined $100.

Emma M. Warren, 19, Livermore Falls, possession of liquor by a minor on March 22, offense committed, fined $200.

Cody Donald Webber, 19, Greene, criminal speed on March 16, found guilty, fined $300.

Melanie A. Wells, 22, South Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 24, 2005, sent to jury trial.

Michael L. Wentworth, 22, Auburn, probation violation on a Sept. 1, 2005 assault charge, sentenced to 90 days and probation partially revoked.

Peter M. Westcott, 20, Auburn, operating under the influence on March 23, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Ryan White, 18, Lewiston, assault and criminal mischief on Jan. 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $300 and ordered to pay $470 restitution; second charge dismissed.

Troy D. Whitney, 22, Auburn, assault and violating condition of release on Feb. 16, both charges sent to jury trial.

Mackenzie C. Wight, 21, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 24, found guilty, fined $250.

Elliot B. Wilhelm, 35, Georgetown, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, operating under the influence, and violating condition of release on April 24, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $500 and license suspended on second charge; sentenced to one day and ordered to pay $125 restitution on third charge.

Frederick E. Williams, 29, Poland, operating a vehicle without a license on March 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Harry R. Williams Sr., 57, Turner, operating under the influence on Feb. 2, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

John Wilson, 35, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on March 19, found guilty, fined $75.

Stephen M. Witham Jr., 33, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on March 18, found guilty, fined $75.

Peter Woodman, 38, Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 11, filed, fined $100.

Jeffrey Wright, 22, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Jonathan H. Wright, 35, Lewiston, harassment by telephone on Jan. 12, filed, fined $50.

Keli Young, 37, Lisbon, attaching false plates and failing to produce a vehicle or return it to scene on Jan. 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $75; second charge dismissed.
