RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court:
Kenneth W. Adley, 42, Rumford, assault, criminal trespass, and violating condition of release on April 8, all charges transferred to Superior Court.
Francis J. Arsenault Jr., 30, Rumford, operating under the influence with one prior, on April 30, sent to jury trial.
Thomas C. Brown, 52, Rumford, disorderly conduct on June 19, dismissed.
Scott F. Coderre, 39, Wakefield, Mass., exceeding the bag limit on deer, hunting anterless deer without a permit, and possessing unregistered deer on Nov. 10, 2004, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to two days; second and third charges dismissed.
Jessie Cross, 24, Mexico, operating an unregistered ATV on May 31, offense committed, fined $100.
Marc A. Degiovanni, 26, Burlington, Vt., hunting or possessing animal or bird during closed season, and hunting without a valid license on June 7, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.
Matthew A. Downs, 28, Ocala, Fla., operating a vehicle without a license on May 20, found guilty, fined $125.
Shawn C. Durrell, 29, Farmington, possession of marijuana on May 5, offense committed, fined $350.
Karen A. Frey, 42, Weld, criminal speed on May 21, found guilty, fined $200.
Terri L. Glover, 38, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 7, found guilty, fined $350.
Angela Kreiton, 21, Bethel, operating after registration suspended on May 17, found guilty, fined $75.
Joseph A. Labrador, 37, Arundel, disorderly conduct on May 5, found guilty, fined $100.
Cynthia A. Libby, 47, Dixfield, allowing a dog to be at large on June 20, adjudicated, fined $75.
Robert A. L’Italien, 51, Jay, operating under the influence, with one prior, on April 29, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.
Andre Lyons, 43, Essex Junction, Vt., violating a fishing rule on June 23, waived, fined $100.
Robert W. Pelletier, 26, Mexico, criminal mischief on March 29, found guilty, fined $500 and ordered to pay $926.84 restitution.
Erik S. Perry, 35, Dixfield, violating condition of release on July 1, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.
Kenneth F. Snow, 41, Rumford, keeping a dangerous dog and allowing a dog to be at large on May 30, offense committed on first charge, ordered to pay $537 restitution; second charge dismissed.
Henry Thebarge Jr., 52, Roxbury, kindling fire without permission on May 28, found guilty, fined $75.
Meagan A. Thomas, 18, Dixfield, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 31, filed.
James M. White Jr., 22, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on May 5, offense committed, fined $350.
Randall W. Wing, 45, possession of marijuana on May 10, offense committed, fined $350.
