Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Oct. 3 in Rumford District Court:

l A 17-year-old Rumford girl, disorderly conduct, 11:59 p.m. July 16 on Cumberland Street. She was released to an adult, and is to be arraigned on Sept. 11 in juvenile court in Rumford District Court.

l Kimberly Nelligan, 20, Rumford, obstructing government administration and violating conditions of release, 11:59 p.m. July 16 on Cumberland Street. She was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris, and will be arraigned on Sept. 5.

l Sheri Mathieu, 38, Rumford, disorderly conduct and refusal to submit to arrest or detention, 11:59 p.m. July 16 on Cumberland Street. She was taken to Oxford County Jail, and will be arraigned on Sept. 5.

l Ronald W. Harding, 43, Rumford, domestic assault, 7 p.m. July 15 on Falmouth Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail, and will be arraigned on Sept. 5.

l Charles H. Brown, 58, Rumford, operating under the influence, second offense, and violation of conditions of release, 12:10 p.m. July 15 on Whippoorwill Road. He failed to post bail of $3,000 cash, and was taken to Oxford County Jail.

l Alfred M. Plummer, 36, Wilton, operating under the influence, second offense, and operating after suspension, 10:32 p.m. July 14 on Route 2. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
