SOUTH PARIS – LuoMuKanteleet, a kantele lap-harp ensemble from Helsinki, Finland, will give a public concert Sunday, July 23, courtesy of Kantele Laulu Inc. of Gray.

The ensemble will perform at 2 p.m. at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, with refreshments following the concert.

Formed in 1997, LuoMuKanteleet is made up of youngsters and children playing the kantele in the music school of north-west Helsinki. There are 24 musicians in the group. The visiting ensemble will be made up of four of the oldest students and their leaders.
