LEWISTON – Doris Yvonne Gousse, 76, of Lewiston, died early Sunday, July 30, at d’Youville Pavilion.
She was born in Lewiston on Feb. 14, 1930, the daughter of the late Arthur J. and Odelie (Duchette) Gousse. She attended Auburn schools and later moved to Lewiston with her parents.
She worked in the local shoe industry and also at d’Youville Pavilion.
Surviving is her aunt, Rita Gousse of Lisbon; and many cousins that loved her dearly, especially her cousin, Doris E. Caron, who was always there for her.
A big thank you to d’Youville Pavilion for taking such good care of her.
