MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – A man was sentenced to at least 15 years in prison Monday for sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl.
Gordon Fuller, 41, formerly of Nashua, was convicted in April in Hillsbourgh County Superior Court of three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and one count of felonious sexual assault. The crimes happened between June and September 1999 at Fuller’s home in Nashua.
The jury learned that Fuller, who was a family friend, told the victim she would not be able to come over to play with his son if she told anyone what had happened.
Gordon was sentenced to 15 to 45 years.
The victim, now 13, testified. “Because of the courage (of the victim) to come forward and testify … Gordon Fuller finds himself a convicted child molester, the worst of the worst, the lowest of the lows,” said Patricia LaFrance, assistant Hillsborough County attorney.
