PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) – Police are asking the public for help as they look for BB vandals who have injured a bicyclist and shot out thousands of dollars of windows in the last two weeks.
Capt. Janet Champlin said they want to catch the culprit or culprits before someone gets seriously hurt or killed.
Last week, a bicyclist was shot in the arm from a moving vehicle by a BB gun or air rifle.
She said other shootings have shattered windows in moving or parked cars, causing thousands of dollars in damage.
