Adams, 22, Livermore Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief on April 29, 2005, criminal mischief and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking on May 6, 2005, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief on May 7, 2005, burglary, nine counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and 16 counts of criminal mischief on May 10, 2005, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 16, 2005, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 19, 2005, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief on May 21, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Gerald Albert, 61, Lewiston, terrorizing on Sept. 9, 2004, dismissed.

Eric R. Batchelder, 25, Woodstock, probation violation on an April 20, 2003, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Jason Carl Bishop, 26, Leeds, probation violation on a April 26, 2005, assault charge, sentenced to four days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Kelley L. Bisson, 40, Lisbon Falls, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug and two counts of aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug on Feb. 24, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation; second and third charges dismissed.

Scott J. Brace, 36, Plymouth, habitual motor vehicle offender on April 10, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail.

Brenden F. Brown, 26, Buxton, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Aug. 5, 2003, found guilty, fined $500.

Glenn Gary Bunnell Jr., 40, Lewiston, probation violation on a March 31 assault charge, sentenced to five days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Robert F. Busick III, 43, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, assault, and terrorizing on Sept. 25, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail; second and third charges dismissed.

Donald Bradley Byers, 24, Auburn, reckless conduct on June 19, 2005, filed with no cost.

Catherine A. Capen, 24, Leeds, disorderly conduct on Aug. 1, 2005, filed, fined $250.

Melissa G. Chase, 40, Sabattus, assault and terrorizing on Oct. 3, 2004, both charges dismissed.

Eric Cheverez, 26, Livermore Falls, habitual motor vehicle offender on July 3, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 45 days at the county jail.

William F. Conroy Jr., 38, Lisbon Falls, violating condition of release on July 25, dismissed.

Michelle Lee Cummings, 32, Gray, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on June 26, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to four days at the county jail.

Oscar M. Cyr, 21, Oxford, assault on Sept. 11, 2005 and Oct. 12, 2005 and tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim and assault on Oct. 12, 2005 and Nov. 3, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Timothy B. Delisle, 32, Poland, probation violation on a Sept. 28, 2002, negotiating a worthless instrument charge, sentenced to 10 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Jason G. Dubois, 24, Lewiston, eluding an officer on Aug. 28, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 90 days suspended and one year probation.

James W. Duhamel, 22, Falmouth, reckless conduct on June 24, 2005, found guilty, fined $500.

Mark L. Duval, 35, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and obstructing the report of a crime on Jan. 28, both charges dismissed.

Beth Earley, 44, Mechanic Falls, criminal mischief on July 26, 2004, dismissed.

Sean E. Estabrook, 24, Monmouth, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 21, dismissed.

Christopher Scott Farrington, 26, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief on June 14, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 15 months at the state prison, one year probation and ordered to pay $1,200.73 restitution; also charged with forgery on Aug. 12, 2005, dismissed.

Reginald E. Farrington, 39, Lewiston, operating under the influence, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release, and operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 15, 2005, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $1,100 and sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Brock N. Gagnon, 27, Auburn, probation violation on an Oct. 7, 2005, assault charge, sentenced to 45 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Jason Grant, 24, Turner, criminal mischief and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 29, 2005, criminal mischief on May 6, 2005, theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mischief on May 7, 2005, burglary, 10 counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and 17 counts of criminal threatening on May 10, 2005, theft by unauthorized taking on May 16, 2005 and May 19, 2005, and theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mischief on May 21, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Richard M. Grenier, 24, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 27, 2004, administrative release violation, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail with all suspended and ordered to pay $500 restitution.

Deedee L. Guerette, 28, Lewiston, aggravated forgery and operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 14, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500 and license suspended 180 days.

Jody Lee Hallowell, 36, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 15, 2005, found guilty, fined $200.

Carl Curtis Harrington II, 23, Lewiston, aggravated assault on Aug. 19, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to seven years at the state prison with all but eight months suspended and three years probation.

Loren W. Hatch Jr., 35, Gardiner, operating after habitual offender revocation on July 24, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 10 days at the county jail.

Keith L. Hayes, 45, New Gloucester, violating condition of release on July 1, 2001, and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and violating condition of release on Aug. 13, 2001, all charges dismissed.

Jesse J. Hiscock, 24, Livermore Falls, robbery on Oct. 20, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to five years at the state prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years probation and ordered to pay $600 restitution.

Stephen A. Hunter, 47, Sebago, assault and criminal trespass on Aug. 31, 2004, both charges dismissed.

Paul Allen Jenkins, 24, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 3 and Jan. 7, and criminal mischief on Jan. 5, all charges dismissed; also charged with assault and violating condition of release on May 26, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended and two years probation for each charge.

Laurie A. Jewett-Hovey, 44, Topsham, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and operating under the influence, with two priors, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison with all but 30 days suspended and two years probation on first charge; fined $1,000, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail, license suspended four years and registration suspended on second charge.

Raoul Joseph Jones, 28, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts of burglary, and two counts of criminal mischief on Jan. 2, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and ordered to pay $1,600 restitution for each charge; third, fourth and fifth charges dismissed.

Jered M. Jones, 26, Lisbon, criminal threatening on Dec. 11, 2004, found guilty, fined $500.

Alfred Jermaine Kelly, 25, Lewiston, probation violation on a Dec. 26 assault charge, sentenced to six days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Maria Elana Knapp, 38, Lewiston, probation violation on a March 22, 2004, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, sentenced to four months at the county jail and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Daniel M. LaFlamme, 41, Lewiston, acquiring drugs by deception on March 31, 2005, and two counts of acquiring drugs by deception April 12, 2005, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to two years at the state prison and two years probation on second charge; third charge dismissed; also charged with acquiring drugs by deception on May 12, 2005, June 12, 2005, and two counts of acquiring drugs by deception on July 15, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Michael David Lagasse, 22, Lewiston, probation violation on a Jan. 25, 2005 tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim charge, sentenced to four months at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Michael L. Lagasse, 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Nov. 11, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but four months suspended and two years probation on first charge; sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on second charge; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 11, dismissed.

Michael Lavance Lagasse, 24, Auburn, violating condition of release and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on April 9, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 30 days for each charge.

Theodore M. Lague, 23, Lewiston, unlawful sexual contact and unlawful sexual touching on Oct. 1, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 26 days at the county jail.

Christopher L. Leet, 22, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 10, 2005, dismissed.

Brian Gene Levesque, 29, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 15, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to three years at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended and two years probation.

Brian Gene Levesque, 29, Auburn, violating condition of release and obstructing the report of a crime on June 1, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 35 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed; also charged with two counts of assault on June 1, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 35 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Miguel Antonio Martinez, 24, Lewiston, elevated aggravated assault on May 19, filed with no cost.

Renay Lynn McCluskey, 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 7, 2004 and April 14, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but 90 days suspended, two years probation, and ordered to pay $2,278 restitution; second charge dismissed.

Jeb Melvin, 27, Lawrence, Mass., burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and possession or transfer of burglar’s tools on June 10, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison; second and third charges dismissed.

Archie Miller, 31, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 19, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 20 days suspended.

Evan M. Moran, 30, Rockland, theft by receiving stolen property on July 19, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all suspended and one year probation; also charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized use of property and criminal mischief on July 19, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Arthur L. Murray, 25, Lewiston, criminal mischief and two counts of assault on Jan. 28, 2004 and violating condition of release on Feb. 4, 2004, all charges dismissed.

Daniel J. Papandrea, 53, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 16, 2005, found guilty, fined $400.

Nichole Pike, 21, Lewiston, assault on June 7, filed with no cost.

Michael Richard Profenno, 42, Lewiston, aggravated criminal mischief on April 16, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 53 days suspended, one year probation and ordered to pay $1,800 restitution.

Miguel A. Roman Jr., 28, Lewiston, assault and gross sexual assault on Feb. 25, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $300 and sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail, second charge dismissed; also charged with three counts of gross sexual assault on Feb. 26, 2005, all charges dismissed.

William N. Rouille, 20, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Sept. 19, 2005, and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Sept. 28, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to six days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Wayne L. Rucker, 26, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 11, 2005, found guilty, fined $400.

John J. Shannon, 41, Lewiston, probation violation on the Jan. 6 operating under the influence, with two priors, sentenced to 15 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Douglas R. Shaw, 44, Wells, negotiating a worthless instrument on Feb. 28, 2005, found guilty, fined $200 and ordered to pay $1,318.22 restitution.

Simpson, 25, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 27, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and ordered to pay $346 restitution; also charged with operating after habitual offender revocation, driving to endanger, violating condition of release and operating under the influence on May 13, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on first charge; fined $575 and license suspended on 30 days on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Jason Smith, 26, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Sept. 30, 2005, and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Sept. 30, 2005 and Oct. 1, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 71 days at the county jail; second and third charges dismissed.

Timothy L. Snow, 29, Auburn, assault and criminal threatening on Aug. 29, 2005, both charges dismissed.

Eric N. Tibbetts, 31, Lewiston, robbery on Aug. 26, 2005, dismissed.

Donald White, 27, North Turner, probation violation on a Sept. 3, 2002, sexual abuse of a minor charge, sentenced to four days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Troy D. Whitney, 22, Auburn, terrorizing on Dec. 3, and assault and violating condition of release on Feb. 16, all charges dismissed; also charged with assault and violating condition of release on June 25, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but 26 days suspended and two years probation.

Courtney D. Wing, 32, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Oct. 19, 2004 and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 19, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Kyle L. Winter, 34, Beaver Dam, Wis., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 21, 2004, found guilty, three years probation and ordered to pay $46,554.95 restitution.
