Andrew M. George, 51, Mechanic Falls, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on May 27, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $400.

April V. George, 27, Haverhill, Mass., unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and operating a vehicle without a license on May 9, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, second charge dismissed.

Frank Douglas Gibson, 32, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 25, found guilty, fined $250.

Monique Giguere, 35, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Steven L. Gilbert, 42, Greene, failure to register a vehicle on March 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Kimberli Gipson, 26, Auburn, assault on June 19, sent to jury trial.

Morris Girard, 50, Greene, operating under the influence, with one prior, and operating a vehicle without a license on April 29, both charges sent to jury trial.

David Glenn, 29, Lewiston, violating condition of release on June 23, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

David Glenn, 29, Lewiston, violating condition of release on July 3, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Douglas Gosselin, 34, Auburn, possession of marijuana on June 5, offense committed, fined $350.

James L. Goupil Jr., 21, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 22 and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on May 17, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours and ordered to pay $45 restitution on first charge; fined $400 on second charge.

Zachary R. Gowen, 23, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 5, found guilty, fined $100.

David L. Goyette, 20, Auburn, assault and violating condition of release on Feb. 5, both charges dismissed.

Dante I. Graham, 60, Pensacola, Fla., operating under the influence, with one prior, and reckless conduct on April 26, 2005, both charges dismissed.

Timothy J. Grant, 24, New Gloucester, failure to register a vehicle on May 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard M. Grenier, 24, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 6, dismissed.

Megan Grose, 19, Lyman, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Lisa J. Guess, 50, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended and operating a vehicle without a license on Jan. 8, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Joshua E. Haley, 23, Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 14, 2005, found guilty, fined $250.

Katherine Handville, 22, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license and failing to make an oral or written accident report on May 8, sent to jury trial.

Charlotte E. Hansen, 22, Brunswick, attaching false plates on May 1, found guilty, fined $75.

Jacob R. Hardy, 20, Farmington, disorderly conduct on May 19, 2000 and assault on May 19, 2006, both charges sent to jury trial.

Joel A. Harmon, 29, Lisbon, disorderly conduct on June 10, found guilty, fined $75.

Scott Harmon, 20, Auburn, disorderly conduct on June 17, found guilty, fined $75.

Brian Michael Harvey, 32, Lisbon Falls, violating a protective order on Jan. 13, found guilty, fined $150.

Mustafa I. Hassan, 24, Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 15, found guilty, fined $500.

Angela Heiser, 42, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 4, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 96 hours.

Christina Jane Hernandez, 23, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 9, found guilty, fined $200.

Linda D. Hersey, 41, Lewiston, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property on Nov. 19, 2005, dismissed.

Jason R. Hill, 22, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 20, found guilty, fined $250.

David E. Hinkley, 50, Auburn, operating under the influence, with one prior, violating condition of release, and operating a vehicle without a license on June 4, all charges sent to jury trial.

Lisa M. Hinkley, 23, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on June 1, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

William A. Hodgkins, 60, Greene, defective steer control component rule violation on April 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Allison A. Hopkins, 20, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on May 20, offense committed, fined $200.

Robert F. Hopkins, 19, Lewiston, permitting unlawful use on April 13, diminimus, not enough information to bring charges.

Charles C. Hotham III, 39, New Gloucester, operating under the influence on April 8, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Earl Howard, 62, Livermore Falls, negotiating a worthless instrument on Nov. 14, 2005, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $78.25 restitution.

Rebecca Howard, 26, Durham, burning prohibited material on May 10, found guilty, fined $100.

Joseph S. Hoyt, 27, Auburn, probation violation on a June 18 assault charge, sentenced to 80 hours and probation partially revoked.

Matthew Hussey, 26, Lewiston, keeping an unlicensed dog and failing to license a dog on April 19, both charges adjudicated, fined $50 for each charge.

Theresa N. Hutchinson, 21, Auburn, assault on June 5, sent to jury trial.

James R. Ireland, 22, Wales, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on March 19, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Patrick A. Jackson, 30, Lewiston, violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked, and attaching false plates on April 24, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two days on first charge; fined $600 on second charge; sentenced to one day on third charge.

Mohamed H. Jama, 27, Lewiston, assault on May 10, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended.

Andrew T. Jean, 27, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Scott A. Jeselskis, 32, Poland, habitual motor vehicle offender, unlawful use of license, and attaching false plates on March 30, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and sentenced to seven days; second and third charges dismissed.

Chasity Johnson, 18, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license on May 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Susan S. Johnson, 51, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence, with one prior, habitual motor vehicle offender, and failing to stop, remain, render aid, and/or personal injury on May 21, all charges sent to jury trial.

Deborah Jones, 45, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on May 17, offense committed, fined $350.

Jered M. Jones, 45, Lisbon, criminal trespass on May 21, found guilty, fined $200 and ordered to perform 20 hours community service.

Jeremiah Jones, 29, Lewiston, failing to stop, remain, and/or provide information and two counts of habitual motor vehicle offender on Feb. 13, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 24 hours on first charge; fined $500 and sentenced to five days on second charge; third charge dismissed.

William C. Jones, 51, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 9, found guilty, fined $500.

Marc A. Jonitis, 22, Lewiston, probation violation on a Sept. 20, 2005 assault charge, sentenced to 60 days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Mark Jonitis, 22, Lewiston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on April 27, fined $300 by default on first charge; fined $350 by default on second charge.

Brian J. Jordan Jr., 20, Poland, operating a vehicle without a license on April 10, found guilty, fined $100.

Megan Jordan, 18, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and assault on March 17, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Michael A. Julian, 19, Brunswick, operating after registration suspended on Feb. 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Brian Keene, 38, Poland, operating under the influence on May 20, sent to jury trial.

Kelly, 35, Livermore Falls, indecent conduct, operating while license suspended, operating after registration suspended, and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on Aug. 16, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; found guilty on second charge, fined $250; found guilty on third charge, fined $100; fourth charge dismissed.
