This is in response to Jack McKee’s letter of Sept. 25, which called ads about Chandler Woodcock “wonderful.” It seems to me McKee has his head in the sand if he doesn’t see where Gov. John Baldacci’s “leadership” has taken Maine over the past four years. We are the only state, other than Louisiana, not to have our economy grow last year. And that state was hit by a major disaster.

If Baldacci and the Democrats are doing such a great job, why didn’t our economy grow?

I think we Mainers are too smart to believe a silly advertising gimmick, or let it change our good opinions of Chandler Woodcock.
