AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently at Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Dwayne Adams, 34, Lewiston, assault on June 3 and terrorizing on June 6, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 59 days at the county jail.

Queancy Barefield, 51, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 23, 2004, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to seven days at the county jail.

Jessica J. Barry, 21, Lewiston, endangering the welfare of a child on June 18, 2005, dismissed.

Wayne Richard Bassett, 43, Mexico, four counts of furnishing liquor to a minor on June 17, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 364 days at the state prison with all suspended; second, third, and fourth charges dismissed; also charged with unlawful sexual touching on June 17, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all suspended and three years probation; also charged with terrorizing and three counts of gross sexual assault on June 17, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Deborah A. Batting, 51, New Gloucester, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Feb. 23, dismissed.

Eugene Raymond Benner, 44, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 9, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to two years and six months at the state prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years probation and ordered to pay $6,210 restitution.

Tracy Bickford, 37, Mechanic Falls, aggravated assault on July 7, dismissed.

Robert J. Brimage Jr., 27, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on Aug. 28, 2005, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail.

Augustine Antonio Cachu, 18, Lewiston, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 25, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 63 days suspended, one year probation and ordered to pay $1,056.46 restitution.

Jessica M. Carter, 21, Lewiston, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 17, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six years at the county jail and ordered to pay $1,000 restitution.

Paul J. Chicoine Jr., 30, Greene, forgery on Oct. 25 and Oct. 29, both charges dismissed.

Eric M. Cone, 41, Turner, violating condition of release on March 31, found guilty, sentenced to 150 days at the county jail.

Chastity J. Coy, 26, Lewiston, two counts of aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug on Oct. 3, both charges dismissed; also charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and violating condition of release on June 12, both charges dismissed.

Ryan Barry Coyle, 24, Lewiston, obstructing report of a crime and two counts of assault on Aug. 30, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days at the state prison with all suspended and one year probation; third charge dismissed.

Cassandra Cummings, 23, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 19, 2004 and forgery on Sept. 23, 2004, both charges dismissed.

William Edward Daley, 44, Old Orchard Beach, disorderly conduct on June 19, 2005, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Dennis Willard Damon, 24, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation on April 27, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail.

Carolyn June Deberry, 27, Auburn, forgery on Oct. 17, 2005, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 9, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and ordered to pay $1,261.24 restitution; second charge dismissed.

Jon B. Desrosiers, 37, Lisbon Falls, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Sept. 27, 2004, dismissed; also charged with failure to appear after being bailed on Nov. 7, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 90 days at the county jail.

Cathryn J. Dorion, 53, Auburn, trafficking in prison contraband and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on June 23, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to three days at the county jail.

Peggy Sue Dupont, 36, Turner, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on Jan. 25, both charges dismissed; also charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and reckless conduct on Jan. 25, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 264 days at the state prison with all but 10 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation on second charge.

Forest Theodore Farnum Jr., 20, Lewiston, aggravated assault on Dec. 4, 2005, dismissed.

Ivan S. Felder, 36, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Nov. 17, 2005, dismissed.
