BELFAST – The wedding of Teresa Turcotte and Joseph Moody was held at 2 p.m. on June 17 at the home of the parents of the bridegroom in Belfast. Martha Hill officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Moody is the daughter of Richard and Gladys Ringenback and Clifton and Nancy Wood of Portland. Mr. Moody is the son of Raymond and Debra Lipton Morin of Belfast and Larry Moody of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, Cliff Wood, wore an informal gown with white pearl sequins and she also wore a diamond tiara.

Ann-Marie Jefferson, best friend of the bride, was honor attendant, and bridesmaid was Amanda Moody, daughter of the couple.

Matthew Gill, son, performed the duties of best man, and usher was Scott Mullen, cousin. Charles Turcotte and Daniel Moody, sons, were ring bearers.

A reception followed at the home of the parents of the bridegroom, after which the couple traveled to Rockland.

The bride attended Heritage Christian Academy and is employed in the emergency room at Maine Medical Center.

The bridegroom attended Gray-New Gloucester schools and is employed at Southern Maine Plumbing and Heating.
