LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Edward D. Adams, 44, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 12, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to four days and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Zachary J. Adams, 26, Auburn, disorderly conduct on May 4 and violating condition of release on Aug. 23, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours on first charge; sentenced to one day on second charge.

Gene Ahern, 53, Auburn, littering on July 8, offense committed, fined $100.

Marco E. Aliberti, 28, Kingfield, operating under the influence on June 18, sent to jury trial.

Steve Anctil Sr., 47, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Aug. 24, found guilty, fined $100 and sentenced to 24 hours.

John W. Anderson, 24, Auburn, possession of marijuana on March 29, fined $400 by default.

William Allen Anderson, 24, Wiscasset, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 4, offense committed, fined $300.

Johnny Arismendez, 25, Baytown, Texas, operating under the influence on June 13, 2004, dismissed.

Derek R. Arthur, 25, Lewiston, terrorizing on May 6, dismissed.

Jacob Arundel, 24, Auburn, disorderly conduct on June 17, found guilty, fined $150.

Robert F. Arundel, 24, Auburn, probation violation on a April 23, 2005, operating under the influence charge, sentenced to 14 days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Sheena M. Aston, 20, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 7, 2004, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Marc C. Atwater, 25, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on June 30, fined $350 by default.

Danielle N. Bailey, 19, Lewiston, assault on April 2, dismissed.

Steven J. Balsamo, 20, Bristol, N.H., sale and use of drug paraphernalia on May 25, offense committed, fined $300.

Eamonn E. Bard, 30, Worcester, Mass., operating after license suspension on April 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Sarah J. Baril, 26, Auburn, operating under the influence, with one prior, on May 29, sent to jury trial.

Nathan H. Barnett, 25, Lewiston, operating under the influence on June 7, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Elizabeth Bartlett, 46, Auburn, violation of a protective order on Aug. 28, 2005, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Jesse William Baum, 23, Auburn, violating condition of release on June 25, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Nicole Beaucage, 22, Lewiston, criminal mischief on March 25, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $50 restitution.

Manley D. Beaudet, 46, Poland, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 15, dismissed.

Lisa N. Beaudreau, 20, Gardiner, disorderly conduct on March 26, found guilty, fined $75.

Christopher S. Belanger, 22, Hartford, violation of privacy and criminal mischief on June 26, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $150 and ordered to pay $50.

Lawrence Randall Bell Jr., 22, North Leeds, littering on June 2, offense committed, fined $100.

Steven D. Bellefleur, 41, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on May 28, found guilty, fined $100.

James R. Bergstrom, 27, Bowdoinham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 5, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael S. Bernhard, 43, Mechanic Falls, probation violations on April 21 violating condition of release, assault, and refusing to sign a criminal summons charges, sentenced to seven days on first charge; sentenced to 60 days and probation partially revoked on second charge; also charged with assault, violating condition of release, criminal mischief and refusing to sign a criminal summons on July 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 40 days and ordered to pay $200 restitution; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 40 days; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Joshua R. Berry, 21, Union, disorderly conduct and criminal threatening on May 6, both charges sent to jury trial.

Marc G. Berube, 20, Minot, operating a vehicle without a license, altering a vehicle after inspection, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 15, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second and third charges dismissed.

Normand M. Berube, 38, Lewiston, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on June 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Jennifer L. Bibeau, 24, Brunswick, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Brian Maine Bigelow, 24, Portland, failure to register a vehicle on May 14, dismissed.

Joshua Biron, 19, Greene, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 16, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Kelly J. Bisson, 40, Lewiston, negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 26, 2005, and criminal mischief and criminal threatening on Dec. 12, 2005, first charge dismissed; second and third charges filed with no charge.

Broch G. Bissonette, 24, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license and attaching false plates on June 5, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 24 hours; also charged with operating under the influence and violating condition of release on June 11, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Broch G. Bissonette, 24, Minot, criminal mischief and violating condition of release on Aug. 26, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days and ordered to pay $100 restitution on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge.

Leah K. Bissonnette, 23, Lewiston, assault on March 25, and violating condition of release on Aug. 21 and Aug. 27, found guilty on all charges, fined $300 on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours on second charge; fined $100 on third charge.

Tiffany Ann Bizer, 18, Turner, possession of liquor by a minor on June 13, offense committed, fined $200.

Michael E. Bizzell, 19, New Bedford, Mass., possession of marijuana on June 9, fined $350 by default.

Roger F. Blais, 54, Auburn, assault on May 8, dismissed.

Craig K. Blake, 20, Ballston Lake, N.Y., unlawful use of a license on May 3, dismissed.

Allan J. Blanchard, 25, Auburn, probation violation on an Aug. 6 assault charge, sentenced to 100 days and probation partially revoked.

Angela M. Bloodgood, 24, Lewiston, assault on July 4, found guilty, fined $300.

Amber Bloss, 20, Lewiston, assault on April 8 and June 1, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 with all suspended, sentenced to 275 days with all suspended and one year probation on first charge; fined $300, sentenced to 275 days with all suspended and one year probation on second charge; also charged with violating condition of release on June 5 and June 7, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, disorderly conduct, and violating condition of release on July 14, all charges dismissed.

Hope E. Blouin, 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Zein Hussien Bonaya, 24, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license, operating under the influence, with one prior, driving to endanger, refusing to sign a criminal summons, and failing to stop for an officer on July 14, all charges sent to jury trial.

John E. Bouchard, 45, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Aug. 22, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Melissa Boucher, 22, Auburn, operating after registration suspended, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana on July 11, found guilty on first charge, fined $100 with all suspended; second charge dismissed; offense committed on third charge, fined $350.

Ryan C. Boucher, 19, Lewiston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 17, fined $300 by default.

Amber M. Bougie, 22, Auburn, possession of marijuana on April 26, offense committed, fined $350.

Jeffrey D. Bradbury, 24, Lewiston, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on June 7, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Bruce Bressette, 45, Leeds, allowing a dog to be at large on April 21, offense committed, fined $75.

Cheryl Bressette, 39, Leeds, negotiating a worthless instrument on July 10, 2005, found guilty, fined $75 and ordered to pay $141.52 restitution.

Susan A. Brett, 39, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation on May 20, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Matthew Brissette, 18, Lewiston, operating under the influence and possession of liquor by a minor on May 31, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Dustin Brooks, 20, Litchfield, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 16, found guilty, fined $250.

Anita Brown, 39, Arrowsic, operating after registration suspended on July 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Anthony Brown, 23, Lewiston, criminal trespass on June 15, found guilty, fined $75.

Danielle M. Brown, 25, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 17, found guilty, fined $250.

Mustafa A. Bulle, 23, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 20, and disorderly conduct and violation of condition of release on Aug. 30, found guilty on all charges, fined $250 on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours for each on second and third charges.

Daniel E. Burgess, 35, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 5, found guilty, fined $250.

David G. Burgess, 51, Leeds, habitual motor vehicle offender and attaching false plates on April 29, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Gerald E. Burgess, 43, Lewiston, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on May 25, found guilty, fined $100.
