POLAND – The cost of a marriage license in Poland is $10 and each additional copy, on the same day of service, is $5. The same charges apply for certified copies of death and birth certificates. An explanation on B1 of the City edition Wednesday, Oct. 11, did not account for a state-mandated charge as well as the town’s breakdown of costs. Costs have not changed since September 2005.
