We would like to show support for Christopher Wainwright for sheriff of Oxford County.

As a 16-year veteran of the Oxford County Sheriff’s Department, Wainwright possesses both the knowledge and experience necessary to carry out the many duties and responsibilities of the office. He is a graduate of the Maine Criminal Justice Academy, and the FBI Academy. His citations include both the Maine Sheriffs’ Association Presidential Valor Award and National Sheriffs’ Association Medal of Valor.

Just as important, he has earned the respect and support of the dedicated men and women in the Oxford County Sheriff’s Department who wear the uniform with pride.

We believe that a vote for Christopher Wainwright is a vote for continuation of years of dedicated service and protection to the citizens of Oxford County.
