Joseph Alex, 29, Sunapee, N.H., operating watercraft without safety equipment on May 31, dismissed.

Tyler E. Amburg, 19, Dixfield, minor consuming liquor on Aug. 28, offense committed, fined $200.

Keenan S. Angevine, 18, Bethel, disorderly conduct on Aug. 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Ashley Lynn Armstrong, 18, Canton, permitting unlawful use and possession of liquor by a minor on Aug. 30, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Daniel R. Banville, 18, Canton, possession of liquor by a minor on Aug. 30, fined $200 by default.

Angela L. Blanchard, 24, Mexico, failure to pay parking ticket on Nov. 15, 2005, fined $50 by default.

Christine Brown, 42, Auburn, failure to pay parking ticket on Nov. 29, fined $50 by default.

Clifton W. Chapman, 43, Rumford, operating under the influence and failure to stop, remain, render aid and/or personal injury on July 19, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Samantha L. Cormier, 21, Mexico, failure to pay parking ticket on Dec. 26, fined $50 by default.

Craig M. Damon, 21, Limerick, criminal mischief on July 29, found guilty, fined $25.

John R. Daudelin, 40, Mexico, operating under the influence on Aug. 25, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days; also charged with operating under the influence and violating condition of release on Sept. 23, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours on second charge.

Sean P. Friel, 22, Bethel, operating under the influence on July 30, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Thomas J. Gilbert, 37, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on July 18, found guilty, fined $50.

Jonathan P. Guimont, 27, South Portland, operating after registration suspended on Aug. 9, found guilty, fined $50.

Scott Hart, 24, Rumford, possession of marijuana on Sept. 6, offense committed, fined $350.

Nathan D. Harvey, 30, Glen, N.H., lake and river protection sticker on July 12, offense committed, fined $50.

Arthur P. Madden, 49, Otisfield, harassment on Dec. 29, dismissed.

Jason J. McGarey, 32, Biddeford, possessing fish in violation and violating a fishing rule on Sept. 5, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; offense committed on second charge; fined $50.

Paul F. Moore III, 18, Mexico, possession of liquor by a minor on Aug. 7, offense committed, fined $200.

Michael D. Richard, 52, Rumford, operating a vehicle without a license on July 18, found guilty, fined $150.

Brandon M. Robin, 28, Rumford, operating under the influence and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 21, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; offense committed on second charge, fined $300.

Donald J. Roy, 41, Greenwood, operating under the influence, with one prior, on Aug. 10, sent to jury trial.

Kevin Sheedy, 48, Old Orchard Beach, violating a fishing rule on Sept. 5, waived, fined $100.

Jason R. Standeven, 30, Andover, possession of marijuana and littering on Aug. 26, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Christina L. Tibbetts, 28, Rumford, operating under the influence on July 22, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Jerry L. Troger, 29, Melbourne, Fla., operating a vehicle without a license on July 22, fined $200.

Frederick C. Vanarsdale, 40, Rumford, possession of marijuana on Aug. 4, offense committed, fined $350.

Kaleb R. Violette, 20, Readfield, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on June 25, both charges sent to jury trial.

Carol A. White, 48, Bethel, permitting unlawful use on Sept. 4, found guilty, fined $150.

Patrick D. Wilt, 20, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 2, offense committed, fined $300.
