Eric Dehahn, 24, Lewiston, terrorizing and two counts of harassment by telephone on April 23, found guilty on all charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $100 for each on second and third charges.

Keith A. Delcourt, 41, Lewiston, violating condition of release and operating under the influence, with one prior on July 15, sent to jury trial.

Jennifer Demmons, 27, Thomaston, criminal threatening, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on June 16, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $100 on second charge; fined $75 on third charge.

Jason M. Demonte, 31, Lewiston, operating an ATV on land of another without permission on June 11, fined $100 by default.

Christina Destefano, 22, Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident on May 19, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Ashlie Dostie, 19, Monmouth, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on June 13, found guilty, fined $500.
