BOSTON (AP) – Morris Peterson scored 21 points and Jose Calderon added 19 points and 7 assists to help the Toronto Raptors remain undefeated this preseason with a 106-102 win over the Boston Celtics on Wednesday night.

The Raptors blew a 13-point fourth-quarter lead, but Calderon bailed them out by making two free throws with 29.5 seconds left to snap a 101-101 tie.

After Wally Szczerbiak missed a jumper, Anthony Parker made a free throw and Calderon added two more to ice the game for Toronto (7-0).

Calderon shot just 4-of-13 from the field, but made all 11 of his free throws. Kris Humphries made the most of a rare start, recording 13 points and seven rebounds for the Raptors.

Humphries started in place of Chris Bosh, who missed his fourth game of the preseason with a sore left heel. Toronto also was missing point guard T.J. Ford, who sat out his second straight game with a sore left hamstring.

Toronto closes out its preseason schedule at Chicago on Friday.

Szczerbiak scored 27 points on 10-of-19 shooting, Sebastian Telfair had 21 points and Delonte West added 17 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds as the Celtics (3-5) closed out their preseason schedule. Boston opens the regular season at home against the New Orleans Hornets next Wednesday.

The Celtics were without guard Paul Pierce, who sat out his second straight game with an infection in his left middle finger. Pierce is expected back for Boston’s season opener.
