FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Anthony Madison, 40, Dixfield, charged with violating condition of release, June 29, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days, stayed.

Jamie Main, 20, Jay, charged with possession of marijuana, July 16, by default, fined $350.

Rhonda Jo Marchetti, 34, Livermore Falls, charged with harassment, Aug. 13, 2005, dismissed.

Richard Maxwell, 33, Livermore, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger, July 8, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

Ronda McLaughlin, 43, New Portland, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument, Sept. 14, 2005, found guilty, fined $100.

Dennis Meaney, 19, Industry, charged with minor transporting liquor, April 25, dismissed.

Curt Mercer, 20, Phillips, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, March 8, dismissed.

Leah Mikkonen, 20, Peru, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia, July 23, offense committed, fined $300.

Walter Moody Jr., 34, Norridgewock, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, July 23, dismissed.

Kenneth Moore, 25, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana, May 28, offense committed, fined $350.

Shawn Moore, 36, Livermore Falls, charged with operating under the influence, one prior and operating vehicle without license, conditional restriction, Sept. 4, both charges sent to jury trial.

Vicki Nadeau, 40, Madison, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug, May 25, dismissed.

Danielle Nault, 29, Farmington, charged with failure to register vehicle, June 26, waived, fined $100.

James Nault, 64, Farmington Falls, charged with terrorizing and violating condition of release, July 25, both charges sent to jury trial.

James Nault, 64, Farmington Falls, charged with criminal trespass and violating condition of release, Aug. 24, both charges sent to jury trial.

Ronald Nelson, 33, Lyndonville, Vt., charged with two counts of assault, two counts of criminal restraint and two counts of terrorizing, Feb. 11, March 25 and April 12, all charges sent to jury trial.

Scott Nelson, 19, Campton, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug and illegal importation of scheduled drugs, Feb. 22, second charge dismissed.

Alex Nida, 40, West Farmington, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, May 22, first charge dismissed, offense committed, fined $350.

Micheill O’Neil, 47, Farmington, charged with violation of rules, smelting in closed waters, April 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Timothy O’Connor Jr. 24, Kingfield, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Nov. 15, 2005, found guilty, fined $100.

Erik Ohlson, 29, Carrabassett Valley, charged with failure to register vehicle, July 5, found guilty, fined $100.

Joshua Osborne, 25, Farmington, charged with attaching false plates, Aug. 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Craig Osgood, 25, Winterport, charged with operating ATV on public way, July 1, waived, fined $100.

Joshua Osgood, 22, Rangeley, charged with operating ATV on public way, July 1, offense committed, fined 4100.

Todd Perreault, 41, Stratton, charged with violating protective order, June 18, sentenced to 72 hours.

Brian Perry, 48, East Falmouth, charged with operating under the influence, no test, May 13, sent to jury trial.

Joshua Phillips, 27, Dryden, charged with operating under the influence, two priors and operating while license suspended or revoked, Aug. 24, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Souksahone Pholsina, 32, Jay, charged with violating condition of release, Feb. 7, sentenced to seven days, stayed, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Souksakhone Pholsina, 32, Jay, charged with assault and violating condition of release, June 27, both charges dismissed.
