LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Laurie Hallett, 34, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on June 25, found guilty, fined $75.

Craig R. Hamel, 23, Auburn, assault on July 5, 2005, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but 45 days suspended and two years probation; also charged with violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked on May 31, both charges dismissed.

Robert Eric Hamilton, 28, Lewiston, impersonating a public servant on May 27, found guilty, fined $200; also charged with violating condition of release on July 31, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Louise Hamner, 44, Mechanic Falls, operating after registration suspended on April 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Chris Hanson, 35, Leeds, allowing a dog to be at large on April 21, offense committed, fined $75.

Christopher R. Harmon, 46, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating condition of release on Aug. 12, found guilty on both charges, fined $400 on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge.

Scott A. Hart, 24, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Erin V. Hatch, 22, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Melissa J. Hatt, 25, Lewiston, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Feb. 17, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days; also charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition or released on April 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Keith L. Hayes Jr., 24, Poland, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 2, found guilty, fined $250.

Keith L. Hayes Jr., 24, Lewiston, drinking in public and violating condition of release on Aug. 30, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge.

Carl J. Henson, 19, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on June 19, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Jamie L. Herman, 21, Lewiston, transportation of liquor by a minor on June 25, offense committed, fined $100 and license suspended 30 days.

Clyde R. Herrick, 35, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 15, dismissed.

Gary David Hesketh, 25, Poland, violating condition of release on Aug. 26, dismissed.

Gary Hesketh II, 25, Poland, stalking on May 3, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Jessica M. Hilton Thibodeau, 28, Portland, assault on May 15, filed with no cost.

Sean R. Holbrook, 18, Monmouth, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 7, offense committed, fined $300.

Stephen R. Holt, 19, Manchester, Mass., possession of liquor by a minor on April 29, offense committed, fined $200.

Christopher M. Hopkins, 24, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on May 8, dismissed.

Ronald A. Howe, 23, Sabattus, allowing a dog to be at large, failing to license dog, and keeping an unlicensed dog on June 15, offense committed on all charges, fined $50 on first charge; fined $25 for each on second and third charges.

John C. Howes Jr., 41, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and refusing to sign a criminal summons on June 10, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500 and license suspended on first charge; fined $200 and sentenced to three days on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Jeffrey Omar Huerta, 21, Brunswick, operating an ATV on land of another without permission on June 11, adjudicated, fined $100.

Jennifer Huff, 26, Auburn, negotiating a worthless instrument on Oct. 3, 2005, dismissed.

Justin R. Hurley Sr., 26, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license and violating condition of release on Aug. 17, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge.

Bushra Hassan Hussein, 19, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on June 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Daniel Irish, 31, Mexico, operating after registration suspended on April 26, found guilty, fined $100.

David G. Jacques, 24, Auburn, unlawful use of a license on June 15, found guilty, fined $50.

Richard S. James, 41, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license on May 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Jason R. Jean, 30, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 31, sent to jury trial.

Bertrand A. Johnson, 47, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 22, found guilty, fined $75.

Christopher A. Johnson, 19, Auburn, operating under the influence on June 26, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Ryan J. Jolicoeur, 20, Jay, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 31, found guilty, fined $100.

Leonard J. Jones, 26, Atlanta, Ga., possession of marijuana on June 26, fined $350 by default.

Patrick Augustus Jones, 34, Boothbay Harbor, attaching false plates on June 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Chad R. Jordan, 32, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on June 3, found guilty, fined $75.

Eugene F. Jordan III, 28, Lewiston, assault and terrorizing on June 4, both charges sent to jury trial.

Joseph W. Jordan, 34, Turner, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 27, dismissed.

Neil P. Jordan, 28, Lisbon Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on June 4, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Kevin M. Karvelis, 23, Lewiston, assault on July 13, found guilty, fined $300.

Jarred L. Keith, 20, Saco, probation violation on a May 8 assault charge, sentenced to 80 days and probation partially revoked.

Jennie Victoria Kidd, 30, Mechanic Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on May 5, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Adam Kimball, 22, Gray, disorderly conduct on June 5, found guilty, fined $75.

Kathey R. Kimball, 26, Auburn, assault on Jan. 1, dismissed.

Margaret E. King, 53, Greene, operating a vehicle without a license on June 6, dismissed.

Simon Kissick, 20, Poland, operating after registration suspended and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on April 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Carrie J. Kist, 27, Poland, operating after registration suspended on April 15, found guilty, fined $100.

John Kleiner, 42, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 26, found guilty, fined $200.

Philip S. Klingman, 37, Canton, operating while license suspended or revoked and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on April 4, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Michael R. Knowlton, 26, Auburn, refusing to sign a criminal summons on June 25, found guilty, fined $75.

Sara A. Kobel, 21, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on May 28, offense committed, fined $200.

Danielle Kopka, 32, Auburn, criminal trespass, assault, and criminal mischief on Aug. 10, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but one day suspended, one year probation, and ordered to pay $400 restitution on second charge; sentenced to one day on third charge.

John E. Kullson Jr., 20, Lewiston, violating condition of release and failing to provide a correct name, address and/or date of birth on Aug. 30, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to five days for each charge.
