FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Samuel G. Paling, 23, of Wilton, two charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, Dec. 6, 2005, in Farmington; both charges dismissed.

Somer Delia Pape, 24, of Topsham, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument, Aug. 26, 2005, in Farmington; found guilty; sentenced to one year with all suspended, one year probation and ordered to pay $1,164.66 restitution.

Kelvin D. Parlin, 48, of New Vineyard, charged with disorderly conduct, July 15, 2005, in New Vineyard; found guilty; unconditional discharge.

Dale Lee Pendergraft, 26, of Rangeley, charged with aggravated criminal trespass, April 14, in Rangeley; dismissed.

Brian R. Perry, 48, of East Falmouth, Mass., charged with operating under the influence, May 13, in Wilton; found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Lloyd Aubrey Pulk, 38, of Fort Kent, charged with terrorizing, Aug. 27, 2005, in Carthage; dismissed.

Ryan Plourde, 23, Beverly, Mass., charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, July 3, found guilty, fined $300.

Benjamin Poland, 20, Phillips, charged with minor possessing liquor, July 8, offense committed, fined $200.

Tyler Poland, 20, Greene, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, July 2, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to seven days, license suspended one year.

Douglas Pratt, 19, Jay, charged with operating unregistered ATV, July 4, offense committed, fined $100.

Verne Pressey Jr., 41, Farmington, charged with operating vehicle without license and attaching false plates, Aug. 16, found guilty on first charge, fined $150, second charge dismissed.

George Quirk, 66, Sandy River Plt., charged with operating or permiting operation of an unregistered motorboat, July 13, offense committed, fined $100.

Earl Quirrion, 81, Dryden, charged with violating condition of release, June 16, sent to jury trial.

Even Redmon, 23, Windham, charged with criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass, April 20, first and second charge dismissed, found guilty on third charge, fined $150.

Adam Reinwald, 25, Phillips, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, June 25, first charge dismissed, offense committed on second charge, fined $350.

Peggy Richard, 22, Phillips, charged with possession of marijuana, June 2, by default, fined $350.

Tristan Ridlon, 21, Vienna, charged with operating under the influence and criminal mischief, Aug. 31, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 days, stayed, license suspended 90 days, found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 days, stayed, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $500.

Derek Robbins, 24, Cape Elizabeth, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license, Feb. 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $250, second charge dismissed.

Jamie Robbins, 23, of Durham, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, Dec. 1, 2005, in Farmington; dismissed.

Jody R. Roux, 32, of Strong, charged with eluding an officer, operating under the influence, no test, violating condition of release and failing to stop for officer, Jan. 1, in Strong; found guilty on second charge, fined $500, license suspended 90 days; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 180 days all but 30 days suspended, two years probation, ordered to pay $536.12 restitution; first and third charge dismissed.

Jody R. Roux, 32, of Strong, charged with terrorizing, Dec. 23, 2005, in Strong; found guilty; sentenced to 180 days all but 30 days suspended, two years probation, ordered to pay $536.12 restitution.

Justin T. Rundlett, 21, of West Farmington, charged with eluding an officer, motor vehicle speeding 30-plus miles per hour over the speed limit, failing to stop for an officer; first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200; found guilty on third charge, fined $500.

Jarrod A. Russell, 24, of Norridgewock, charged with aggravated forgery, May 11, 2005, Farmington; found guilty and sentenced to 60 days.

Forrest Rollins Jr., Moscow, charged with rule violation, unsafe or defective vehicle, June 13, offense committed, fined $500.

Moses Rollins, 23, New Sharon, charged with forgery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, July 11, found guilty on first charged, fined $250, restitution $566, second charge dismissed.

Lawrence Ronco, 36, Roslindale, Mass., charged with littering, July 28, by default, fined $100.

Phillip Rose, 30, Farmington, charged with operating after license suspension and violating condition of release, Aug. 15, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours.

Julia A. Small, 29, of Augusta, charged with assault on an emergency medical care provider, Aug. 31, 2005, in Farmington; probation revocation; sentenced to 95 days, probation partially revoked.

Brent A. Spencer, 31, of West Enfield, charged with operating under the influence and refusing to sign criminal summons, May 10, Farmington; found guilty on first charge, fined $800, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Jeremy Smith, 30, Farmington, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger, June 21, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Landon Smith, 20, Farmington, charged with criminal mischief, Aug. 17, sent to jury trial.

Timothy Smith, 54 Jay, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, March 9, found guilty, fined $100, restitution $92.50.

Lorra-Lee Snyder, 38, New Sharon, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, July 18, found guilty, fined $250.
