AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court.

John R. Aceto, 37, Gray, operating after habitual offender revocation on Jan. 24, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 60 days at the county jail.

Jacob Anderson, 26, Lewiston, operating under the influence and habitual motor vehicle offender on Nov. 27, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Chad Roger Aube Jr., 24, Sabattus, operating after habitual offender revocation on June 29, filed, fined $100.

Nathanael C. Bagley, 27, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Aug. 14, 2005, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended 90 days.

Thomas N. Baillargeon, 35, Livermore Falls, assault on Dec. 7, filed with no cost.

Rae Lyn Bean, 23, Standish, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Aug. 26, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Debbie J. Beaulieu, 38, Lewiston, assault on Nov. 24, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

James P. Beaulieu, 50, Minot, operating under the influence on Nov. 20, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Robert Bennett, 31, Auburn, probation violation on the July 17, 2003 gross sexual contact charge, sentenced to 30 days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Michael S. Bernhard, 43, Poland, disorderly conduct and reckless conduct on Dec. 24, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $400 on second charge; operating under the influence and refusing to sign a summons on Dec. 24, both charges dismissed; and operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 24, filed, fined $100.

Nicole M. Berube, 24, Lisbon Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 16, 2005, found guilty, fined $500.

Edward Bishop, 28, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, and operating a vehicle without a license on Oct. 6, 2005, both charges dismissed.

Geary Bissonnette, 29, Auburn, probation violation on the Feb. 28, 2001, aggravated trafficking or furnishing of scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison and probation partially revoked; also charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of property on June 19, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to four years at the state prison; second charge forfeited.

Victor Bizzell, 20, Livermore Falls, burglary and assault on May 31, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 135 days suspended and one year probation; two counts of assault on June 5, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 135 days at the county jail; and terrorizing, criminal threatening, and assault on June 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation; third charge dismissed.

Zein Hussien Bonaya, 24, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license, operating under the influence, with one prior, and failing to stop for an officer on July 14, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail on first charge; fined $900, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended on second charge; sentenced to 60 days at the county jail on third charge; and driving to endanger and failing to stop for an officer on July 14, both charges dismissed.

Tony Bonney, 46, Lewiston, carrying a concealed weapon on Sept. 27, 2005, filed with no cost.

Sileena M. Boudreau, 20, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Nov. 23, found guilty, fined $200.

Craig R. Bourgoin, 23, Wales, operating under the influence on Sept. 2, 2005, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to four days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days; also charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger on June 21, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575.

Dean E. Braley, 48, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on Aug. 18, 2005, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail, and license suspended 90 days.

Augustus O. Buck, 34, Turner, assault on Feb. 20, 2005, found not guilty.

Anthony R. Buerhaus, 35, Portland, probation violation on the Dec. 6 sexual abuse of a minor charge, sentenced to eight months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Jesse Burlock, 28, Minot, theft by receiving stolen property and allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Nov. 20, 2005, both charges filed, fined $100 for each charge.

James L. Buxton, 30, Lewiston, two counts of assault on Dec. 11, both charges filed with no cost.

Gregory J. Cabot, 52, Lewiston, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 28, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Jacqueline P. Calhoun, 37, Hebron, probation violation on the Aug. 21, 2003, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug charge, sentenced to 14 months at the state prison and probation revoked.

Jacqueline P. Calhoun, 37, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 28, 2005, dismissed.

Jacqueline P. Calhoun, 37, Auburn, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on April 14, 2006, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on June 6 and June 12, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to three years at the state prison for each charge; and endangering the welfare of a child on June 12, dismissed.

Heidi L. Caron, 26, Auburn, operating under the influence on Sept. 4, 2005, dismissed.

William H. Conly, 27, Bath, probation violation on the Jan. 11, 2001, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to 43 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Lawrence A. Croxford, 23, Clearwater, Fla., probation violation on the Feb. 27, 2005, assault charge, sentenced to five months at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Michael G. Cunneen Sr., 38, Mechanic Falls, assault on Dec. 2, 2005, dismissed.

Shannon A. Daigle, 22, Lewiston, operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and trafficking in dangerous knives on July 3, 2005, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $600 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

James Tristrom Davis, 31, Lisbon, probation violation on the Nov. 1, 2004, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Jason M. Dean, 28, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 21, 2005, dismissed.

Keith A. Delcourt, 41, Poland, violation of a protective order and violating condition of release on Jan. 1, both charges dismissed; violation of a protective order and violating condition of release on Jan. 6, both charges dismissed; and violation of a protective order on Dec. 22, found guilty, sentenced to six months at the county jail and six months probation.

Samantha Delgado, 23, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Aug. 25, 2005, filed with no cost.

Jeffrey B. Desrosiers, 48, Durham, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Oct. 5, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Kalvin N. Mitchell, 35, Livermore Falls, probation violation on the June 22, 2004 charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Joseph A. Morin, 44, Auburn, operating under the influence on Oct. 10, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Katina M. Mungin, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on June 5, 2005, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail.

Richard P. Murray, 56, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, and operating a vehicle without a license on Aug. 6, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

John J. Nissen, 22, Cumberland, violating condition of release on Nov. 4, 2005 and operating under the influence on Oct. 3, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Brian A. O’Leary, 39, West Bridgewater, Mass., operating under the influence, with one prior, on Dec. 18, 2004, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

John G. Pace, 40, Sabattus, obstructing the report of a crime on Dec. 8, 2005, found guilty, fined $200.

Donna Marie Pagnani, 24, Lewiston, endangering the welfare of a child on Jan. 25, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 50 days suspended and six months probation.

Derek Shane Palange, 30, Sabattus, assault on July 22, dismissed; also charged with assault and two counts of violation of release on Aug. 4, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 32 days at the county jail; second and third charges dismissed.

Daniel G. Pare, 38, Auburn, operating under the influence, with one prior, on Oct. 7, 2005, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Mario L. Parent, 36, Livermore Falls, assault on Sept. 17, 2005, dismissed.

Jason W. Patterson, 27, Oxford, aggravated criminal mischief on July 15, found guilty, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all suspended, one year probation, and restitution of $100.

Terry L. Peck, 31, Lewiston, burglary and assault on June 3, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300 and sentenced to 60 days at the county jail.

Roland G. Poirier, 64, Lewiston, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Oct. 29, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.
