RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court:
Corey N. Beale, 26, Peru, criminal speed and failing to stop for an officer on Sept. 25, both charges sent to jury trial.
Francine M. Dalfonso, 49, Falmouth, driving to endanger on June 18, sent to jury trial.
John R. Daudelin, 40, Mexico, refusing to sign a uniform summons complaint on Sept. 23, dismissed.
Disa M. Fowler, 27, Dixfield, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on July 9, both charges dismissed.
Angus L. Graham, 24, South Dartmouth, Mass., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 30, dismissed.
John S. Henderson Adams, 23, Amherst, Mass., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 30, dismissed.
Jason M. Jonitis, 18, Rumford, loaded firearm or crossbow in a motor vehicle on Oct. 10, waived, fined $200.
Denis C. Lecours, 20, Rumford, possession of marijuana and possessing liquor by a minor on Jan. 11, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.
Michael P. Marquis, 48, Kahnawake, Quebec, operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 2, found guilty, fined $100.
Anne Christine Meslang, 24, Norfolk, Va., driving to endanger on April 1, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 30 days.
Sarah B. Nedeau, 48, Byron, allowing a dog to be at large on Sept. 20, waived, fined $50.
