AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Craig G. Poland, 43, Turner, operating under the influence on Oct. 7, 2005, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Carlos Portillo Jr., 23, Lewiston, reckless conduct on July 1, 2005 and violation of condition of release on July 30, 2006, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 30 days suspended and one year probation on second charge.

Mark N. Potvin Sr., 40, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with two priors, on Aug. 20, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,100, sentenced to 180 days at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended four years and registration suspended.

Renald G. Poulin, 58, Greene, reckless conduct on Sept. 6, 2005, found guilty, fined $400.

Michael J. Preston, 49, Livermore Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and protective order from harassment violation on Sept. 14, 2005, both charges filed with no cost.

John Charles Purcell IV, 26, Lewiston, probation violation on the March 11, 2005, March 15, 2005, March 17, 2005 and March 28, 2005 forgery charges, probation continued and no sentenced imposed on all charges.

William D. Ready, 51, Livermore, operating under the influence and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 26, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge filed, fined $100; third charge dismissed.

Benjamin Wilson Roberts, 28, Limestone, assault and violating condition of release on July 4 and refusing to submit to arrest or detention and disorderly conduct on July 3, all charges dismissed.

Christopher P. Rose, 25, Bowdoin, driving to endanger on Oct. 23, 2005, dismissed.

Alan James Roy, 25, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept.. 26, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to four months at the county jail and restitution of $400; criminal mischief on Feb. 24, found guilty, sentenced to three months at the county jail; and criminal mischief on March 2, found guilty, sentenced to three months at the county jail and restitution of $200.

Alan James Roy, 25, Auburn, assault on March 19, dismissed.

Donna L. Ryder, 45, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Sept. 4, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Norman M. Savard, 48, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Nov. 24, 2005, filed with no cost.

Francis S. Severs, 33, Providence, R.I., assault and disorderly conduct on July 17, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Lee Simpson, 45, Lewiston, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Sept. 21, 2005, filed with no cost.

Scott R. Slack, 21, Oxford, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Aug. 20, 2005, both charges filed, fined $100 for each charge.

Amiee L. Sloan, 33, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, on Sept. 22, 2005, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Blaine L. Smith, 37, Lisbon Falls, refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Jan. 2, 2005, dismissed.

Bernardo S. Soto, 25, Lawrence, Mass., aggravated furnishing of a schedule W drug, and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 29, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison.

Gordon Soucy, 49, Lewiston, gross sexual assault on June 15, 2005 and June 28, 2005, and unlawful sexual contact on June 15, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Justin Spencer, 24, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, and failing to stop and/or provide information on Nov. 12, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to 96 days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Andrew Stonehouse, 42, Auburn, assault on Oct. 9, 2005, filed with no cost.

Jason M. Sturtevant, 32, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 12, 2005, dismissed.

Ronald A. Teague, 39, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 6, 2005, found guilty, fined $500.

Lee Stanley Thomas Lopez, 40, Lewiston, criminal trespass on April 11, dismissed.

Joseph Tilton, 26, Biddeford, probation violation on Nov. 30, 2004, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Vanessa R. Vermette, 20, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on June 29 and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 15, all charges dismissed.

Graham F. Veysey, 24, East Hampton, N.Y., operating under the influence on Sept. 25, 2005 and driving to endanger on Oct. 25, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $750 and license suspended 30 days.

Austin M. Walton, 34, Auburn, assault on July 18, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but five months suspended and two years probation.

Brittany B. Ward, 24, Boca Raton, Fla., operating under the influence on Aug. 15, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Whitney Baldwin Warren, 22, Lewiston, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Sept. 3, 2005, filed, fined $150.

Fred L. Webber, 58, Sumner, operating under the influence on Oct. 13, 2005, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail, and license suspended 90 days.

Michael R. Willett, 31, Wilton, operating under the influence, with one prior, and reckless conduct on Nov. 23, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail.

Reginald E. Willis, 46, Poland, passing a stopped school bus on Oct. 25, 2005, dismissed.

Andre B. Wilson, 23, Auburn, burglary and assault on June 3, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail.
