Zein Hussien Bonaya, 24, Auburn, possession of marijuana on July 14, offense committed, fined $350.

Keith A. Booker, 26, Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence on July 18, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

John E. Bouchard, 45, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on July 14, found guilty, fined $75.

Davida L. Boudreau, 44, Durham, forgery on July 14, found guilty, fined $100 and restitution of $250.

Daniel L. Bowden, 29, Paris, violating a protective order on July 25, sent to jury trial.

Stephen Braithwaite, 21, Monmouth, indecent conduct and violating condition or release on July 21, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours.

Anthony C. Brewer, 50, Lewiston, operating under the influence on June 24, sent to jury trial.

Shaun P. Briggs, 19, Mechanic Falls, obstructing government administration on July 10, found guilty, fined $100.

Hubert Ray Brooks, 21, Lewiston, drinking in public on July 20 and violating condition of release on Sept. 9, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Anita Brown, 39, Arrowsic, operating after registration suspended on July 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Elvis L. Brown, 29, Ocala, Fla., fugitive from justice on Sept. 14, dismissed.

Timothy A. Brown, 19, Leeds, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on May 31, both charges filed with no cost.

Albert E. Buck Jr., 39, Turner, disorderly conduct on July 7, found guilty, fined $75.

Donna Buckmore, 53, Turner, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 15, filed with no cost.

Marlo L. Buckner, 31, Waterville, fatigued driver on July 17, found guilty, fined $500.

Joseph N. Bull, 20, Sterling, Mass., possession of marijuana on March 30, offense committed, fined $350.

Robert L. Burbank, 40, Portland, attaching false plates on June 1, 2005, found guilty, fined $100.

Michelle L. Burgess, 32, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 6, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Arthur Bushey Jr., 40, Canton, operating after registration suspended on July 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Joshua A. Buteau, 19, Greene, burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 27, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours; second charge dismissed.

Shawn W. Buzzell, 20, Turner, theft by deception on Aug. 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Leonard H. Byron, 53, Jay, violating condition of release on Sept. 5, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

George Cabral Jr., 30, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on July 9, both charges dismissed.

Bruce Campbell, 53, Auburn, operating snowmobile upon the highway on June 15, dismissed.

Shawn K. Canney, 42, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 18, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to 80 days.

William G. Canney, 55, Turner, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 6 and attaching false plates on July 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 3, offense committed, fined $300.

Jamie Caouette, 25, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 11 and violating condition of release on Aug. 23, both charges sent to jury trial.

Martin Carey, 53, Topsham, possession of marijuana on April 28, offense committed, fined $350.

Jennifer L. Caron, 21, Lewiston, operating under the influence on July 8, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, and license suspended 90 days.

Michael Caron, 20, Poland, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct on May 23, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 for each on first and second charge; fined $75 on third charge.

Roland E. Caron, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on July 27, found guilty, fined $75.

Daniel Cash Jr., 29, Lewiston, probation violation on a Jan. 28, 2005 assault charge, sentenced to 150 days and probation partially revoked.

Jacob A. Casper, 20, Greene, harassment by telephone on June 15, found guilty, fined $75.

Jeffrey M. Cassidy, 20, Lewiston, attaching false plates on Feb. 23, found guilty, fined $75.

Misti Cates, 24, Lewiston, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on July 22, found guilty on both charges, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but four days suspended and one year probation on first charge; fined $100 with all suspended on second charge.

Michael Croteau, 42, Auburn, failure to register a vehicle on April 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Joshua M. Culleton, 19, Greene, two counts of criminal mischief on March 29, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 and ordered to pay $40 restitution on first charge; fined $75 and ordered to pay $500 on second charge.

Kerlyne Cummings, 33, Auburn, failure to register a vehicle on May 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Cei Housing, Wiscasset, trash remaining after midnight on Aug. 9, dismissed.

Patrick Chabot, 54, Lewiston, assault on May 29, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days with all suspended and six months probation.

Matthew J. Chapman, 20, Lewiston, possessing liquor by a minor on July 29, offense committed, fined $200.

Raymond C. Charest, 28, Sabattus, operating under the influence on July 30, sent to jury trial.

Justin R. Charles, 24, Kennebunk, criminal speed on May 31, 2003, found guilty, fined $200.

Joseph L. Chasse, 22, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on May 3, dismissed.

Marshall S. Chick, 18, Bowdoinham, transportation of liquor by a minor on July 19, dismissed.

Dale Churchill, 55, Hebron, operating under the influence on July 15, sent to jury trial.

Kris R. Chute, 26, Lewiston, probation violation on a Aug. 20, 2005 assault charge, sentenced to six days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Christy M. Cieslak, 29, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 26, found guilty, fined $250.

Christy M. Cieslak, 29, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 14, found guilty, fined $250 with all suspended.

Susan O. Clark, 37, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Jan. 29 and disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on May 5, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three days on first charge; second and third charges dismissed.

Jesse J. Clement, 22, Lewiston, violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked on July 13, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Terri L. Clifford, 42, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 20, found guilty, fined $500.

Matthew J. Clukey, 22, Auburn, drinking in a motor vehicle on Sept. 25, offense committed, fined $50.

Carmen M. Collins, 36, Rumford, operating with license expired more than 90 days on March 15, 2003, found guilty, fined $150.

Casey J. Collins, 30, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, on April 15, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months, and registration suspended.

Kevin L. Collins, 32, New Gloucester, driving to endanger and operating after registration suspended on July 5, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Roberto Colon, 31, Waterville, assault on July 16, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to two days.

Andrew J. Coombs, 43, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to provide a correct name, address and/or date of birth on July 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $600; second charge dismissed.

Bonnie M. Corbin, 18, Poland, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on June 11, fined $300 by default on first charge; fined $350 by default on second charge.

Pauline Cornish, 56, Lewiston, failing to stop and/or provide information on July 15, found guilty, ordered to perform 10 hours community service.

Matthew Coulombe, 26, Lewiston, assault on June 7 and violating condition of release on July 3, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 364 days with all suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Ronald B. Couture, 59, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on May 12, dismissed.

Joshua M. Cox, 24, Lewiston, attaching false plates on July 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Robert M. Crosby, 51, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Aug. 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher J. Cureton, 24, Auburn, operating under the influence, with one prior, and operating a vehicle without a license on May 27, both charges sent to jury trial.

Eric P. Cutter, 18, Turner, criminal speed on April 30, dismissed.
