Joshua Hodgkins, 23, of Osgood Avenue, Mexico, domestic assault, at 6:30 p.m., Nov. 1 at Osgood Avenue. He was released on $300 unsecured bail from the Mexico Police Department and instructed not to have contact with the victim or to be within 200 feet of the victim’s resident. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Dec. 5.

Incident

A burglary reported at 12:20 p.m. Nov. 11 at a Swett Avenue home resulted in the theft of nine prescription drugs. The case is under investigation.
