Dear Sun Spots: I have had so much help from you and if you ever leave Sun Spots, I’ll be so unhappy. You’re like my mother, always helping me.

I am trying to find out if Aleene is on television with her craft show? I’d like to get an 800 number to talk with her or one of her daughters on the program. Years ago I purchased a kit to make boxes from 2-by-4s up to 18-by-11. I would like to get the kit because I lost mine. Also, there is another kit making your own envelopes but I never was able to write down the contact number on the TV fast enough. Perhaps you might be able to locate it. Or, might there be someone who would sell one to me for a reasonable price? I can be reached at 778-6780. – Barbara Titcomb, Farmington.

Answer: Try contacting them via post at Aleene’s Crafts in the Mail, P.O. Box 9500, Buellton, CA 93427. Sun Spots did not locate a phone number for contacting them. Regarding your question on envelopes, you might like to check out the following Web site which lists several patterns for envelopes: www.diynetwork.com. Another online option is http www.squidoo.com/makingenvelopes.
