Wayne T. Blair, 20, Lewiston, violating condition of release on May 4, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Craig K. Blake, 20, Ballston Lake, N.Y., possession of liquor by a minor on May 3, found guilty, fined $200.

Allan J. Blanchard, 25, Auburn, probation violation on a Aug. 6 assault charge, sentenced to 100 days and probation partially revoked.

Alfred E. Bolduc, 50, Auburn, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, operating under the influence, and operating while license suspended or revoked on June 29, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $400 on first charge; fined $500, sentenced to two days, and license suspended 90 days on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Magan J. Hallman, 26, Lewiston, operating under the influence on July 21, sent to jury trial.

Jesse R. Hammond, 24, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 16, 2005, found guilty, fined $300.

John M. Hansen, 23, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 17, found guilty, fined $250.

Justin K. Hardt, 24, Lewiston, assault on May 1, filed with no cost.

Jacob R. Hardy, 20, Farmington, possession of liquor by a minor on April 28, offense committed, fined $300.

Ryan B. Harlow, 18, Turner, possession of liquor by a minor on July 1, offense committed, fined $200.

Scott Harmon Jr., 20., Auburn, assault, criminal threatening, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 17, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 120 days with all but 48 hours suspended and two years probation for each charge; also charged with violating condition of release and criminal mischief on June 17, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Wayne C. Harris, 46, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on April 2, dismissed.

Dale Heald, 46, Greene, operating after habitual offender revocation on May 25, transferred to Superior Court.

Keegan R. Hellwag, 28, Austin, Texas, operating under the influence on July 19, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Scott A. Henry, 35, Lewiston, obstructing public ways on July 24, dismissed; drinking in public and violating condition of release on Sept. 11, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Sandra M. Herrick, 48, Mechanic Falls, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on March 28, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher D. Hersom, 31, Poland, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 29, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $300.
