RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Harvey O. Blood, 35, Rumford, passing a stopped school bus on Sept. 5, found guilty, fined $400.

Joshua S. Campbell, 20, Dixfield, attaching false plates on Aug. 12, found guilty, fined $75.

Robert A. Chapman Jr., 27, Gilead, operating under the influence, with one prior, on Aug. 11, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license suspended 18 months.

Steven J. Chenery, 20, East Andover, consuming liquor by a minor on Sept. 5, offense committed, fined $200.

Lynn O. Coller, 25, Rumford, operating under the influence on Aug. 9, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Lisa Deherrera, 35, Mexico, operating after registration suspended on June 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Shane P. Donovan, 21, Dixfield, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Sept. 13, found guilty, fined $150 and restitution of $70.

Adam E. Dumont, 21, Bethel, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 28, 2005, found guilty, fined $250.

Corey L. Edinbourgh, 24, Mexico, theft by deception on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $100 and restitution of $15.

Samuel E. Giese, 35, Bryant Pond, possession of marijuana on Sept. 30, offense committed, fined $350.

Anthony T. Grasruck, 20, Rumford, consuming liquor by a minor on Sept. 16, offense committed, fined $200.

Derrick D. Green, 30, Memphis, Tenn., duty status not current rule violation on July 27, waived, fined $250.

Brian S. Harting, 36, Dixfield, loaded firearm or crossbow in a motor vehicle on Oct. 2, waived, fined $200.

Kevin M. Hodgkin, 50, Newry, operating under the influence, with one prior, on Oct. 5, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, and license suspended 18 months.

Daniel L. Johnson, 39, Buxton, operating after registration suspended on May 27, dismissed.

Francis Leidy, 22, Farmington, operating an ATV on a public way on Sept. 17, offense committed, fined $100.

Jeremy J. Morin, 33, Gilead, out of door burning violation on Aug. 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Rick Steven Powell, 29, Rumford, obscuring motor vehicle plates marks on Sept. 26, found guilty, fined $150.

Danielle Sousa, 27, Dixfield, possession of marijuana on July 25, offense committed, fined $350.

Thomas J. Washuk, 62, Livermore Falls, operation of a defective vehicle on Sept. 30, found guilty, fined $75.

Roger J. Waterhouse, 28, Bethel, disorderly conduct on Oct. 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Ann Marie Welch, 50, Rumford, theft of services on Aug. 4, dismissed.

Nicole White, 21, Rumford, harassment by telephone on Aug. 18, found guilty, fined $75.

Rex Allen White, 44, Rumford, possession of marijuana on Sept. 22, offense committed, fined $350.

Randolph Young, 41, Oxford, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle on Oct. 7, waived, fined $200.
