AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Brad Arneault, 28, Minot, hindering apprehension or prosecution on Jan. 17, dismissed.

Daniel Philip Beaulieu, 18, Lewiston, robbery on Sept. 22, dismissed.

Eugene Raymond Benner, 44, Auburn, burglary on Sept. 9, 2005, dismissed.

Joshua R. Berry, 21, Waldoboro, disorderly conduct and criminal threatening on May 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

William B. Bradbury, 45, Lewiston, assault on June 12, 2004, dismissed.

Carella F. Brooks, 43, Lewiston, probation violation on the Dec. 25, 2002, Feb. 7, 2003, and May 17, 2003, operating under the influence charges, sentenced to three years at the state prison and probation revoked for each charge.

Gerald E. Burgess, 43, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 30, filed, fined $100.

Lawrence D. Burnell, 28, Jay, sexual abuse of minor, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, and furnishing liquor to a minor on Nov. 23, 2004, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but one year suspended and three years probation; second and third charges dismissed; also charged with sexual abuse of a minor, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs and furnishing liquor to a minor on Feb. 23, 2005, and sexual abuse of a minor, aggravated furnishing of a scheduled drug and furnishing liquor to a minor on March 6, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Chasity J. Coy, 26, Lewiston, violating condition of release on April 5, dismissed.

Keith A. Delcourt, 41, Lewiston, probation violation on a Dec. 22, 2005 violation of a protective order charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail and probation revoked.

Donald David Dyer, 39, Lewiston, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug, and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Jan. 21, all charges dismissed.

Brock N. Gagnon, 27, Auburn, probation violation on a Oct. 7, 2005, assault charge, sentenced to four months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Charles E. Givens, 41, Paris, probation violation on a Oct. 10, 2004, unlawful sexual touching charge, sentenced to 17 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Shawn Greeley, 43, Lewiston, probation violation on the Oct. 7, 2004, and Aug. 15, 2004, visual sexual aggression against a child charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Delia V. Harris, 21, Durham, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Oct. 16, dismissed.

Jeremy D. Hershkowitz, 21, Auburn, robbery and violating condition of release on Sept. 21, both charges dismissed.

William R. Holmes, 45, Danvers, Mass., operating under the influence on Oct. 7, 2004, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Alice L. Joy, 75, Auburn, criminal trespass, assault, and refusing to sign a criminal summons on July 22, all charges filed with no cost.

Charles R. Kelly Sr., terrorizing on Dec. 28, 2005, filed with no cost.

Alfred Jermaine Kelly, 25, Lewiston, probation violation on a Dec. 6, 2005, assault charge, sentenced to one year and ten months at the state prison and probation revoked.

Alfred Jermaine Kelly, 25, Lewiston, two counts of robbery and three counts of aggravated assault on Aug. 24, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 42 months at the state prison for each charge.

Stephen Kons, 40, Lewiston, probation violation on the Sept. 28, 2004, reckless violation of a protective order and aggravated criminal trespass charges, sentenced to 45 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Jeremy J. Langlois, 22, Norway, probation violation on a Nov. 1, 2002, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to nine months and 15 days at the state prison and probation revoked.

Richard C. Letourneau, 60, Lewiston, criminal threatening on Sept. 24, dismissed.

Brian Gene Levesque, 29, Lewiston, probation violation on a Sept. 15, 2005, assault charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Claudette K. Limoges, 24, Auburn, disorderly conduct on April 18, found guilty, fined $75.

Antone S. Merrill, 24, Chelsea, Mass., two counts of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and two counts of illegal importation of scheduled drugs on Aug. 3, all charges dismissed.

Lisa D. Montreuil, 35, Lewiston, burglary on Sept. 8, dismissed.

Norman Palmer, 44, Fitchburg, Mass., probation violation on the June 27, 2000, assault charge and Oct. 17, 2000, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Aaron Loring Pelletier, 38, Lewiston, probation violation on a June 5 assault charge, sentenced to 80 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Markie Pinkham, 19, Sedgwick, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and two counts of illegal importation of scheduled drugs on Aug. 3, all charges dismissed.

Angela Pomerleau, 37, Leeds, hindering apprehension or prosecution on Feb. 6, dismissed.

Sherri Prout, 26, Lewiston, probation violation on the July 31, 2003, forgery charge and Jan. 23, 2004, theft by unauthorized taking charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Daryl Scott Roberts, 23, Lewiston, probation violation on a March 25 stealing drugs charge, sentenced to 12 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Brian K. Robinson, 47, Auburn, disorderly conduct on Aug. 17, 2005, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Michael B. Smith, 24, Lewiston, probation violation on a Aug. 7, 2005, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to 30 days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Bruce Townsend, 28, Portland, probation violation on the Aug. 31, 2001, and Sept. 15, 2001, sexual abuse of a minor charges, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and probation revoked.

Barry James Viscone, 36, Lewiston, burglary and violating condition of release on Sept. 8, both charges dismissed.

Malgorzata S. Wdowiak, 32, Portland, operating under the influence, with one prior, and violating condition of release on April 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $700, sentenced to four months at the county jail, license suspended 18 months, and registration suspended on first charge; sentenced to four months at the county jail on second charge.

Jamela E. Wilson, 29, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 8, found guilty, sentenced to three days at the county jail.

Gerald Lamar Woods, 32, Auburn, violating condition of release, illegal possession of a firearm or crossbow, and two counts of aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug on Dec. 27, 2005, all charges dismissed; also charged with two counts of criminal forfeiture of property on Dec. 27, 2005, both charges forfeited.
