Phillip E. Haskell, 50, Auburn, disorderly conduct on Aug. 18, found guilty, fined $75.

Robert Hayward, 30, Lewiston, violating condition of release and assault on Sept. 8, 2004, found guilty on both charges, unconditional discharge for each charge.

Howard N. Hernandez, 20, Lewiston, assault on June 16, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 364 days with all but 24 hours suspended and two years probation.

Lisa M. Hinkley, 24, Auburn, forgery on Aug. 15, found guilty, fined $200.

Scott M. Hinkley, 18, Turner, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to stop, remain, and/or provide information on May 16, all charges sent to jury trial.

James H. Hogan, 23, Brunswick, sexual abuse of a minor on Aug. 28, sent to jury trial.

Andrew J. Holmes, 21, Durham, operating after registration suspended on May 29, found guilty, fined $75.

John J. Holovach, 41, Brunswick, operating under the influence on Aug. 4, sent to jury trial.

Todd Alex Hood Jr., 20, Auburn, theft by receiving stolen property on March 23 and May 1, and forgery on May 1, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to four days for each charge and restitution of $95 on second charge.

Becky Hopkins, Auburn, assault on July 29 and violating condition of release on Aug. 17, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 24 hours.

Eric P. Hovey, 25, Brunswick, operating under the influence, with one prior, on Feb. 12, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; and violating condition of release on March 12, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Ronald A. Howe, 23, Sabattus, allowing a dog to be at large on Aug. 3, fined $100 by default.

Charles Hubbard, 65, Otisfield, negotiating a worthless instrument on Oct. 5, 1999, found guilty, fined $100.

Ronald Hubbard, 40, Auburn, terrorizing and violating condition of release on Oct. 24, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.
