Erica Ricker, 23, of Portland, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, Feb. 15, Lewiston; found guilty, fined $250.

Stacey Ricker, 23, of Litchfield, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, Aug. 21, Leeds; found guilty, fined $250.

Richard Rioux, 61, of Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence, May 28, Lewiston, sent to jury trial.

John Roach, 31, of Revere, Mass., charged with operating under the influence, July 15, Turner, sent to jury trial.

Beverly Robbins, 59, of Lewiston, charged with displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, July 19, Lewiston; found guilty, fined $100.

John Robertson, 29, of Auburn, charged with violating condition of release, Oct. 7, Lewiston; found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Kimberly Robichaud, 31, of Wales, charged with failure to stop and provide information, June 9, Lewiston; found guilty, fined $100.

Patricia Robichaud, 52, of Greene, charged with littering, Sept. 6, Lewiston; found guilty, fined $25.

Timothy Rodrigue, 41, of Auburn, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug, Sept. 30, Lewiston; found guilty, fined $400.

Timothy Roupe Jr., 23, of Woolwich, charged with assault, May 17, Lewiston; found guilty, fined $300.

Mary Roy, 52, of Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release, Oct. 14, Lewiston; found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Michael Roy, 23, of Lewiston, charged with motor vehicle speeding 30 or more miles per hour over the speed limit, May 14, Lewiston; dismissed.

Susan Rubito, 47, of Lewiston, charged with posting on public property restricted, Aug. 19, Lewiston; offense committed.

Ryan Russell, 38, of Sabattus, charged with failure to stop and provide information, Sept. 5, Sabattus; found guilty, fined $100.

Steven Allen Ryan, 30, of South Paris, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, May 26, Lewiston; found guilty, fined $600.

Catherine Sanders, 38, of Poland, charged with operating after registration suspended, Sept. 5, Poland; found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew Sargent, 23, of Greene, charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 or more miles per hour over the speed limit, May 17, Lewiston; dismissed.

David Saucier, 41, of Auburn, charged with assault, Aug. 26, Auburn; found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to two days.

Christopher Schnopp, 21, of Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct, Oct. 29, Lewiston; found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Randy Scott, 45, of Lewiston, charged with negotiating a worthless instrument, Aug. 22, 2001, Lewiston; found guilty, fined $75.

Christopher Sewell, 24, of Lewiston, charged with assault, Oct. 7, Lewiston; found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 90 days all suspended, probation one year.

Benjamin Shaw, 20, of Auburn, charged with minor possessing liquor, Aug. 19, Auburn; filed with no cost.

Karen Shaw, 34, of New Gloucester, charged with operating after registration suspended, May 31, Lewiston; dismissed.

Robert Siegmund, 33, of Lewiston, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug and criminal forfeiture of property, Jan. 1, Lewiston; fined $400 of first charge, both cases filed.

Robert Siegmund, 33, of Portland, two charges of assault, Jan. 17, Lewiston; sentenced to 60 days and probation partially revoked on first charge; sentenced to 60 days and probation partially revoked on second charge.

Justin Sites, 31, of Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, April 22, Lewiston; found guilty on both charges; fined $250 on first charge and fined $400 on second charge.
