AUBURN – Announcement is made of the engagement of Amy Turgeon of Auburn and Erick S. Ashton of Sabattus.
Miss Turgeon is the daughter of Deborah Hunt of New Gloucester and the late Paul Turgeon. She is a 2004 graduate of Eastgate Christian Academy in New Gloucester and is employed as a kitchen designer at Hammond Lumber Company in Auburn.
Mr. Ashton is the son of Charles and Nancy Ashton of Sabattus. He is a 1999 graduate of Oak Hill High School in Wales, and a 2002 graduate of Central Maine Technical Center with an associate degree in parts and service management. He is currently employed at Bath Iron Works as a ship designer.
The wedding will be held on May 26 at Eastgate Christian Fellowship.
