• Weldon C. Poland, 23, Norway, warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession and failure to appear on charges of theft and violation of bail, $900 bail, Dec. 28, Norway Police Department.

• Katie L. Russell, 18, Paris, operating under the influence, $500 unsecured bail, Dec. 28, Oxford Police Department.

• James P. Barbioni, 23, Dixfield, Rumford District Court warrant for failure to appear on charges of disorderly conduct and violation of bail conditions, $310 bail, Dec. 27, Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office.
