AUBURN – Central Maine Community College President Scott Knapp announces the appointment of Betsy H. Libby as director of admissions at CMCC.

Libby is a native of Castine and a graduate of George Stevens Academy in Blue Hill. She completed her baccalaureate degree in journalism at the University of Maine in Orono, and a master’s degree in public relations at Ball State University in Indiana, where she also worked in admissions as a graduate assistant.

Prior to coming to CMCC, Libby served as assistant director of admissions at the State University of New York in Canton, N.Y. She resides in Auburn with her husband and son.
