Every year the Monmouth Middle School participates in community service day. On this day every home room is assigned to go to someone’s house and rake leaves for them. This is not only an opportunity to hang out with our friends but to give back to the community.

I think we do this every year because every year there is some people who can’t clean up their yard so we volunteer to rake their leaves every year for them. And every year we always try to make the experience worth while.
