Plagiarizing seems to have become more used over the last few years. Is it that teens today are lazy or is it that there hasn’t been enough education on the subject?

Well there isn’t anything I can do to stop some teens from being lazy, but I can delve deeper into the subject of plagiarizing. Plagiarizing is copying someone else’s work and handing it in as your own. Why is it so looked-down-upon?

Hmmm . . . that’s real hard to figure out. because it isn’t your own work! How to know if you are plagiarizing? If you find yourself copying word for word from a book or off the Internet then it is pretty obvious. There are different levels of plagiarizing, just about all of them are intolerable. So now that you have an idea of what it is and that it’s punishable by law, my advice for you is don’t do it.
