BRIDGTON – The Western Maine Pee Wee Wolverines skated to a 6-0 victory over Maranacook Saturday. Tyler Harnden and Nathan Tozier led with 2 goals each. Patrick Hayes and Brianna Martin also lit the lamp. Harnden drew an assist. Tyler LaPlante goaled the shutout, turning back all 16 Maranacook shots. Dakota Russo was also a defensive standout.
Auburn Youth League
AUBURN – The Auburn Modulur Source, Inc., Peewees skated past Waterville 9-1 during the weekend. Avery Jones scored his first hat trick of his young career and also recorded an assist. Cam Spiller also collected 4 points with a goal and 3 assists. Other point-getters were Nick Labe, 2g, 1a; Adam Healy, 2g; Joe Greco, 1g; Trevor Haley and Dale Crafts, 1a. Alan Nelson was strong in net. Hunter Smith tallied the lone Waterville goal, assisted by Zach Disch. Auburn is now 7-8-4 on the season.
