FARMINGTON – Franklin Memorial Hospital announces the expansion of its outpatient specialty services. Dr. Daniel Lalonde will begin providing pain consulting and pain management services every other Friday at the Farmington hospital, starting Jan. 12.

Lalonde works in conjunction with Central Maine Medical Center’s Neuroscience Center and leads the Central Maine Pain and Headache Center in Auburn. He also has pain specialty clinics in Bridgton, Rumford and Topsham.

Lalonde is a fellowship-trained interventional pain management specialist who is board-certified in neurology.

Lalonde completed his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and completed a four-year residency and a one-year cerebrovascular fellowship at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He recently completed a one-year postgraduate pain management fellowship in the Department of Anesthesiology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
