GORHAM – Ashley Marble recorded her fifth consecutive double-double to lead the University of Southern Maine to an 88-67 win over Salem State in women’s basketball on Thursday.

Marble had 31 points and hauled in 10 rebounds in the Huskies’ win, their 12th on the season.

Freshman Nicole Paradis matched her career high with 14 points, and Stacey Kent added 11 points and six boards.

Danielle Jenkins topped the Vikings’ scoring list with 16 points, and Katie Bielonko added 10 for Salem State (7-4).

Framingham State 56, UNE 50

BIDDEFORD – Robin Morrow was a perfect 14-for-14 from the foul line and led Framingham State with 18 total points in the Rams’ 56-50 win over the University of New England on Thursday.

Christina Bordini added 15 points for Framingham State (6-4), and Toya Chester drained six shots for 13 points.

Alli gamache and Sara Pelkey each netted 10 points for the Nor’Easters (3-7).
