Jonathan Aceto, 21, Yarmouth, misuse of identification, March 10, dismissed.

Danielle Adams, 19, Jay, operating after registration suspended, Aug. 10, guilty, fined $100.

Ronald Adams, 47, Strong, operating under the influence, Sept. 29, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, stayed, license suspended 90 days.

Joshua Allen, 22, New Sharon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Sept. 14, found guilty, fined $200.

Joshua Allen, 22, Farmington, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, Oct. 10, dismissed.

Emily Atkinson, 21, operating after registration suspended, Sept. 26, dismissed.

Ronald Austin, 46, Livermore Falls, allowing dog to be at large, Sept. 8, offense committed, fined $50.

John Beaudoin, 26, Industry, passing stopped school bus, filed with no cost.

Samatha Bell, 19, Phillips, endangering the welfare of a child, found guilty, fined $200.

Thomas Bender Jr., 26, Jay, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Nov. 4, 3, 2005, both charges dismissed.

Heather Biedinger, 24, Wilton, hindering apprehension or prosecution, Aug. 13, dismissed.

Leo Bissonnette, 19, Wilton, two counts of assault, obstructing report of crime, Nov. 1, all charges filed with no cost.

Amanda Bitterauf, 24, Eustis, operating while license suspended or revoked, June 24, found guilty, fined $250.

Kasey Blodgett, 20, Wilton, transportation of drugs by minor, Oct. 14, offense committed, fined $200, license suspended 90 days.

Jonathan Brathwaite, 21, Limestone, assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and criminal trespass, Dec. 6, all charges sent to jury trial.

Michael Brigham, 56, Farmington, operating under the influence, Dec. 10, sent to jury trial.

Brandon Bryant, 19, Sidney, driving to endanger, July 30, found guilty, fined $75, license suspended 90 days.

Eugene Burnell, 24, Temple, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, Sept. 30, by default on first charge, fined $350, by default on second charge, fined $400.

Leonard Byron, 53, Jay, violating condition of release, Dec. 4, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Jessica Carroll, 18, Jay, assault, Aug. 5, filed with no cost.

David Charron Jr., 19, Farmington, minor possessing liquor, Sept. 1, offense committed, fined $200.
